I am a little confused by Ms [redacted] statement, since she has been a repeat renter with us on three separate occasionsShe appears to have been fine with renting from us in the past and us to herWe have always considered Ms [redacted] to be a good renter, but in this case there were some repairs that needed to be made to the property after her move-out that we consider to be her responsibilityThe repairs done were to bring the owner's property back to the condition of when she moved inPlease note that she did receive a $refund of her security depositAlthough, there was no major damage done, the remaining $in security deposit was used to pay for parts, damages/repairs, painting and cleaning after she moved out After carefully reviewing Ms [redacted] closeout statement, moand move-out inventory documentation, and pictures, we have not found any discrepancies to our final assessmentWe also have the detailed documentation that is available, upon requestSince her move-out, we have not spoken to Ms [redacted] regarding any specific discrepancies to her charged repairsIf she feels that we have made an error, we would be happy to work with her on resolvingPlease have her to provide us with the specific items that she is disputing along with any supporting documentationAlthough, we would prefer to resolve this issue directly with Ms [redacted] , we would also be happy to resolve through your Revdex.com arbitration, if she prefersPlease, just let us knowThough she seems to be discontented at this time, we consider Ms [redacted] to have been a fine renter and would rent to her in the future [redacted] ***

The repairs done were to bring the owner's property back to the condition of when she moved in. Please note that she did receive a $393 refund of her security deposit. Although, there was no major damage done, the remaining $457.00 in security deposit was used to pay for parts, damages/repairs, painting and cleaning after she moved out.  After carefully reviewing Ms. [redacted] closeout statement, move-in and move-out inventory documentation, and pictures, we have not found any discrepancies to our final assessment. We also have the detailed documentation that is available, upon request. Since her move-out, we have not spoken to Ms. [redacted] regarding any specific discrepancies to her charged repairs.
