Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: it s full of made up statements and lies, I was never told my toilet had a leak, it was never mentioned until after the rust from the broken seal leaked all over my new flooring!I was the one who received unprofessional screaming from the owners son for calling to check the status of my orderI did speak with [redacted] on numerous occasions, I never mentioned to walt because I was curious as to how different his story was and it was way different, I have phone records from [redacted] the gentleman I spoke with told me he could not give me specifics but could tell me whether or not a claim had been filed which is all I wanted to know I was never a priority once the original work had been done, he even told me that he was not making money on my floor anymore only installation costsI can only recommend that future customers keep tight records and get things in writing if they so choose to risk doing business here, No mention of the home depot kid he contracted who messed up my carpet and told me how they break toilet seals on a regular basis? hmm, giess I did not lie about that, yes I had a puppy pissing on the carpet, it took over a year, if you were gonna train a new puppy would you choose to do it on new carpet or reject carpet?In closing I knew there would be no admission of wrong doing, the business has operated many years without Revdex.com ratings when it could only benefit a business with no shadiness to hide Best of luck to this business I am confident it will thrive for many generations Sincerely, [redacted] ***

many, ordered flooring on april 25th, 2015, I was told to weeks, they began installation on june 22nd weeks latercarpet was bad I notified them on july 24th, contacked carpet manufacturer in early august they had not received a ticket from flooring company, finally on September 26th I was told the order was delayed, on October 9th he finaly called to set up a reinstall, did not work with my schedule, he said they were booked through rest of year, I said ok lets do right after holidays, after holidays he kept saying he could not get to me had other jobs, finally in early march he contracted a kid from home depot to do the reinstall, it was a nightmare, took twice as long as it should have and every seam shows, they broke the seal on the master bath toilet when they were putting in the tile floor and did not think it was there job to caulk the big gap around the bath tub they left, told me the toilet was my problem, once they got there money in they gave me the run around f
