We were in touch with the manufacturer as to the nature of this problem The manufacturers rep asked that we have the customer contact GE for a possible resolution to the issue We are not aware whether or not the customer did so, as they were advised this on 12/ We will contact the GE rep again on our own and see if we can resolve the issue without contact by the customer to them I will update after we have been in contact with GE

Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint As mentioned in my initial complaint Walt Sweeney lied to me when I purchased this vehicleAs their response admits, the salesman said no major repairs had been done to the vehicle and presented me with a CarFax report showing that no major components had been changed on the vehicle knowing that they had recently paid to replace major componentsOne wonders that since they replaced the instrument cluster, did they also roll back the miles?I hope the Revdex.com continues to alert people in our community to Walt Sweeney Ford's deceptive practicesI have also lodged an official complaint with Ford Customer Service and with now proceed with the Ohio Attorney General Regards, [redacted]

I did agree to inspect the vehiclewe did a oil change --however I did not agree to repair anything at no charge --Must inspect the vehicle first
