MrGlowacki was recommended to us for a transmission rebuild We let him take possession of our equinox to rebuild or transmission in November Was told at the time it would take him a couple of weeks Three months later we still do not have our car and every time we have made contact with MrGlowacki, we are given an excuse as to why he hasn't been able to work on itie: back surgery, helper down with flu, etc We have tried to be gracious and give him time and patience to complete the job that we paid him for up front to do But enough is enough
