This is completely a and baseless accusation We are in dispute with this customer for many reasons that have been clearly escalating and communicated over the last weeks We did stop work but only after we notified the Owner of the reasons in accordance with the contract and
allow time for resolution to the terms and conditions they have been in default of The amount paid to date was based upon a schedule of values and contractual agreement on terms of payment To date, we have provided services greater than the amount paid On December 20, 2017, the Owner requested move to part ways on included contracted services leading to a mutual desire to release and settlement agreement.This dispute is clearly documented We have not acted in any way that would warrant a negative mark against our company with the Revdex.com

I am rejecting this response because:Unfortunately I do not agree with this response as my reasons for contacting the Revdex.com are not baseless and are with complete merit. Contractor had no valid reason to stop work as per the terms of the contract and failed to provide me with options that are clearly available in documented emails. It should be noted, Contractor had reached out to me immediately following my original complaint, without knowing I made a complaint, in an attempt to resolve differences. Contractor also promised to get back to me with issues involving the new patio door he installed and to date failed to do so. I also did another review of the last schedule of values I received and firmly believe our differences are far from resolved. That said, please see original punch list, with revisions in red attached, and let me know the next steps needed to have these issues resolved...thank you.

If the Revdex.com is going to act as mediator between the Owner and Contractor, then the BB should request all contract documentation and verify if the statements made are valid.  I responded to the owners original complaint, this follow up is nothing more than an update to the previous allegations.
