situation.Additionally, I am advised that there is a "police report" of some sort, regarding some claim on the part of the customer, against the vendor's employee, however, I do NOT have a copy of said report, we are requesting same from the SCPD.To save time and effort on all parts, I can offer this very simple and efficient resolution to the matter at hand, that being, simply have the customer return the newly installed pool pump motor, in operational condition, to the Vendor and at such time the Vendor will void any and all outstanding invoices, and relinquish all claims and lien rights to the matter and property.Its quite clear that the situation can easily be rectified in this manner, and allow all parties to move forward with minimum damage.This offer does not negate the fact that my client has incurred damages beyond the scope of the billing to date and refutes each and every statement made by the customer.The communications and documented discussions that took place all point towards a typical situation wherein a contractor was requested to do work, and make miracles happen, assuming all the while that the customer was focused clearly on an expeditious end resultIn doing so, the Vendor did what they would typically do when opening a pool and finding a dead pool pump motor. They replaced it, with the thought that the customer wanted NOTHING MORE than a clear clean pool to enjoy as soon as possible, knowing that the cleaning and clearing of a newly opened pool could take some time.That being the case, the Vendor immediately installed a brand new pool pump motor, and set up so that the filter could begin an arduous task of clearing the pool.Most homeowners/pool owners understand that the time it takes to re-open a pool and establish quality water and chemical levels is time sensitive and much dependent on the closing process that was done the fall prior, as well as ambient weather conditions at the time of opening.Despite the Vendor being overburdened with other pools to open in a short time period, they took the time to make this particular pool a priority and had a highly qualified technician visit the home and open the pool.Please also note that this very same company also preformed the seasonal house opening for this customer too, and was in fact paid for these services.The only remaining charges are the costs for the pool opening/chemicals as well as the new pool pump motor, for which, the vendor will waive upon the return of said pump.At this point in time, the vendor has returned the keys to the homeowner and desires only the return of the pump in working condition.Please let me know if this very reasonable resolution meets with your approval, and how the Revdex.com can possibly assist in the resolution.Thank you,David J.
