On 09/8/we deliver two bedroom sets to this costumer, after we delivered and assembled the furniture for him He called us to the store and said that one of the bedroom sets (Twin size 51466) had scratches and looks like it was usedAfter we try explain him that we don't sell used furniture.I send somebody the same day to check what the problem was, He said that it was used even after He saw that the delivery team took it out of the boxes, He said that it has some letters on it and I explain him that those letters on the back were the item numbers the factory use to handle each item, WE DONT SELL USED FURNITURE . Because I notice that he was really upset and doesn't want anything touched up I authorize to exchange the complete set, we order a new one and went to exchange it on 09/16/15, He didn't like the Headboard of the new set because he notice a little scratch on the back of the Headboard, we received another beds with scratches and I talked to the factory, they said that it was going to be really hard for them to send me one perfect as He wanted it, I talked to his wife *** on 10/6/15 at [redacted] and explain the situation, I told her that they could choose something else and that we will give them full credit for wait they have paid for the 51466, she told me that they don't want me to send anything that wasn't perfect and that she will talk to her husband and call me back, I never received any call, so, we call him again on 10/21/to [redacted] , He was really upset and told [redacted] that he didn't want anything and didn't want us to be calling him again.He called us again on 12/9/and start complaining that we never help him, we went thru all the dates and the days we talked to him and his wife, he didn't want to listen to what we said and he denies telling us that he didn't want us to exchange anything, He now want to return the bedroom set and choose a new one.I called him yesterday at 9:30am [redacted] he didn't answer the phone and doesn't have voicemail, I called today at 9:50am at the same number and didn't answer the phone, I called [redacted] and talk to his wife [redacted] again and she said that she will talk to Mr [redacted] and call me back.It is really hard to help somebody that doesn't want to be help, doesn't want to listen and keeps talking on circles about something that doesn't make sense (saying that the furniture was used after seeing it unassembled on boxes)

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.Response To Revdex.com Complaint In response to Walter Horowicz saying when they removed my toilet it had missing parts. No one informed me parts were missing or what was missing just that it leaked after they reinstalled it.My father was not present at the time my water line broke he came after water was on my new laminate after the water line broke he came to remove water line not fix it. It did not get fixed until 2 weeks later when I hired someone to fix it. In response to the company saying they offered to pay for steam cleaning of my new carpet from workers making it dirty there was no such offer and the debris was actually from what was being tracked in from the garage which is where all the cutting was taking place which was apparent when they were done because my furniture and entire garage was covered in dust after they left.In response to the company saying I was demanding a refund after lowes said they could not give me a refund  for the charge of removing of baseboards which was not done by installer but by me even though I was charged for it. Walter Horowicz said they would discuss with lowes since that was who I actually paid. No one ever called back. In response to the call about refund where I supposedly used foul language. I NEVER SWORE AT ANYONE, and I take person offense that a company would lie in such a way to demene my charachter I did say someone needed to refund me for removal of baseboard charge and I didnt care who just that money was owed to me since it was not done which is when they said they would speak with lowes and get back to me. No one ever did As of 07.04.16 Lowes refunded me $2,000.00 and gave me free baseboards of my choice I consider my business with Walter Horowicz over even though lowes is the one who refunded me. My floor is no longer under warranty which I understood when I took settlement on 07.04.16. Walter Horowicz Flooring is a disgraceful company that lies and has the worst customer service I have ever dealt with which is  apparent by their attack on my charachter. I am capable of getting my point across even when upset without swearing at anyone. I consider this matter over and it should not have ever reached this point.  I still have a floor in need of repairs and more money to spend on it but at least my dealings with lowes and walter horowicz flooring has come to an end.
