Dear sir/madam in response to customer complaint, customer purchased car Alarm keyless entry system as you know it comes with portable remot clickers held in a keychain, system comes with warranty doesn't come with insurance, so if the remote clicker gets physicall or water damage, unfortunately...

it's not covered with warranty, warranty covers any manufacture defect or malfunction, in this case customer brought in a physically damaged remot, to the store and after the store manager explained to the customer that the warranty would not cover hes damaged remot and that he will help him getting a new replacement remot for a discounted price and free programming service, customer demanded that he should got it for free. as a goodwill on behalf of our company, customer was contacted after and was offered a free remot system and matter was resolved customer left happy.
