[redacted] Customer: [redacted] We were dispatched to the [redacted] through a home warranty company for a sewage pump issue The plumber on site determined that the sewage pump needed replaced but the home warranty company wasn't going to cover replacement We advised the customer of this and they wanted us to go ahead and replace the pump and bill them for the pump and replacement cost We then received a call that the lid wasn't secured properly and returned to the home We re-secured the lid and during this visit the customer wanted us to look at the check valve since we were already out there They had requested us to replaced it with a glue style ridged check valve We informed them we can do so but it would be a special order item and is to times more expensive then a tradition clamp style check valveWe then returned with the check valve and installed it I then received a phone call from Jason who wanted me to credit his account because we had failed to properly secure the lid I told him I would credit him for one hour of labor because I did feel bad it didn't get done right the first time.Daniel WalterPresident
