Dan- I came to Lynch this past Monday afternoon to look at a used vehicleLong story shortI ended up getting “persuaded” into leasing a SilveradoI work construction and drive a lot for work and pleasureSo my truck gets dirty and I will never stay within my 12,miles a yearBut I was told if I buy the vehicle at the end of the lease the mileage doesn’t matterI was also told that the double cab was only “inches” shorter than the crew cab that I was used toAfter one day with the truck, I can tell you that the double cab is too small for me and my usesI’m a big guy and I can barely fit in the back to get items out that I use for workIf my option is to buy the vehicle after the lease and driving a truck I hate for years then this isnt going to workI contacted the dealership on Tuesday and talked to JimHe told me he would look into it and call me backHe never didI called back and left voicemails for daysStill no call backI guess I’m wondering how anyone accepts this sort of customer service? I’m sure there is something that can be doneEspecially in the first few days of the paperwork being signedI absolutely not satisfied with this vehicleIt does not fit my needsWhat is more bothersome is the fact that no one would help meI was told that a crew cab would be more a month but after reviewing the inventory the crew cab is priced the same as the one I gotThis truck was listed at $39,online, the same as the other oneSo what’s the problem with switching vehicles, or at least an explanation to why not? I would like to change the vehicle or just get out of this situation and have my old truck backAnd then to find out the maintenance package that was added on my payments is only good at your dealershipI live in Jackson, WisconsinDriving all the way to Burlington to get the oil changed is ludicrousEspecially with the mileage restrictions, and it only covers per monthsAre you insane? Why wasn’t this explained? They told me it would cover all oil changesI’m hoping that maybe you will respond back to me, unlike your staff, and hopefully come up with some sort of resolution to this situationI can’t believe that someone can get stuck making $payments and be this unsatisfied and no one willing to helpI worked retail for over years and never would dream of treating customers this wayI have no problem sharing my story and making sure that no one else is treated this wayThis is a huge investment for a consumer and should be taken more seriously by your staff, instead of hastily trying to push them out the door before they realize what kind of situation they are getting into, and then to follow it up with not even a phone call backBusiness isn’t all about sales, It’s about customer serviceThank you Ryan [redacted]

I noticed a fuel leak under my *** Cobalt and took it into the dealership to have them look at it concerning ** Bulletin 12191BThis bulletin describes a condition almost identical to Safety Recall, just a different model year or stateI authorized a diagnostic charge of $in case the leak was not related to the safety bulletinThey called me a few hours later and said the leak is covered by Bulletin My fuel tank, pump, filler hose/neck will all be replaced free of chargeThey then informed me that the fuel tank is on back order and they said it will be indefinite when they will be able to perform the repairI asked if a loaner was available for this time period, and they declined to provide me a loaner, citing they they are only for New Vehicle WarrantiesI was offered a loaner when I went to have my ignition switch recall taken care of since it would be a while before the repair was completed due to parts availability, but not for this particular warranty concern it seemsThey then told me I would need to buy a $part to complete the repairI inquired for further information about this part since the bulletin states the repair will be completed free of chargeAt first I was told that the tech almost always has to replace the part when he performs this service as the fuel leak damages the seal in the electrical harnessI asked what would happen if I declined this part, and my service writer informed me that he guesses I could decline the part if I really insisted, but that I would be responsible to fix this harness when I return for a fuel leak because I declined this partFurther research indicated the seal the technician mentioned is in fact a weather proofing seal and not a fuel system sealShould gas or fumes of any kind escape from this seal, it will be due to a faulty fuel pump, not the weather proofing sealThis seal is there to keep water from penetrating into the cavity of the connector and corroding the pins, not to prevent the escape of emissions or fuelI told them I will not be purchasing this partI filed a complaint with **, and left a negative review on a popular search engineI was informed the General Sales Manager wanted to speak to meWhen I got into contact with him, I informed him I was writing to the Revdex.com as wellHe is quite upset about this, and essentially dared me to contact Revdex.comHe told me he does this for a living, and has all his documentation in order, and that I won't be able to prove anythingOf course I won't, am I supposed to ask for documentation for every single interaction with every business? Record every conversation?
He told me he will not be honoring the ** issued bulletin and that I should take my car somewhere else with the fuel leak still presentIt has been towed to a dealership that is more than happy to take care of the warranty and attempt to repair the damage to **'s image

I'm a truck driver and I parked in this empty lot to sleep It was after dark and I never saw any signs saying no parking I woke up the next morning with a ticket on my windshield So I saw it was a parking ticket Then I looked for a sign There was a small sign on the grass off the road and even in the daylight it was hard to see I call the place to explain the situation and she told me I should have stopped a couple hours back down the road She refused to tell me who the owner of the property was I had never parked there before and it right beside a motel So I thought it belonged to the motel I tried to explain to the lady that if they would post the sign in plain view I would not have parked there I feel that they have the sign in a hard to see place so they can write parking tickets

this company is issuing tickets to it's at an apartment complex for having expired tags for less than weeks when parked in their appropriate spot company has told me that they will continue to send me tickets every days until the issue is resolved they are obtaining driver's information through Oregon DMV and sending tickets through the mail the company has told me that unless I get my tags renewed I will continue to receive tickets even though my car is parked in my spot at my apartment complex I believe this company is extorting money from poor people they need to be investigated I don't think that they can legally run around and issue tickets whenever they want when the vehicle had a trip permit in the window they refuse to rectify the situation they have only told me that they will continue to ticket me every days that the vehicles there they issued the first ticket two weeks after the tags had expired even though it had a trip permit in the window Oregon DMV told me to

Parked in a parking lot next to Motel after being informed by staff that the area was for truck parking Next morning came out and ticket on windshield stating no parking area There was no signs saying no parking and the motel staff led me to believe it was owned by the motel I do not know who the owner is

I parked in a parking lot on a Sunday and got this stupid ticketFirst of all, it was a Sunday (late afternoon) and second of all the parking lot is for business that are closed on Sunday or went bankrupt (Pier 1)I work in the mall across the street so instead of parking in the mall parking lot (which can be scary) or on the street, I chose the parking lotIt is still considered the mall, so thought it was no harm on a late SundayI worked from 3-So, after work I walked a co-worker to the max station and it was a night that the bridges were having issues so they were really lateI stayed with her for safety reasonsSo I got back to my car around 8:30-Pm and then I saw the ticketI did read the signs and so forthI understand if I was parked there when the businesses were actually openedThe bank was closed and Pier is closedThere were many cars parked there that do not shop there! I just want this parking fee dropped! I went by the lot last night (Sunday) and there w

I called the company immediately after the notice was given and sent an emailI was told on the second call that the supervisor was required to discuss my request to reduce the citation amountThey were supposed to call back that dayThey never called back or answered my emailI explained that I did not see the signI called again the next business dayI was told by the owner that the penalty fee could not be reducedI felt that she could have easily negoiated a lower amount with me, especially since she was the owner

An employee of the company lies in wait for anyone--including those who use the businesses the parking lot is for--to leave the parking lot far enough to be out of sight, and then puts a ticket on the corresponding vehicleThey also then send out a letter claiming to be a "second" letter, doubling the fineNo first letter is ever sentFurthermore, they claim to be authorized under Portland Code 7.25, which does not correspond to their services
