[redacted] came in to Broadway Motors on February 11, 2014 signed a legal contract in the amount of $ [redacted] applying $ [redacted] down and a deferred down payment of $ [redacted] that is interest free money and must be paid before 1st payment is due which in [redacted] case would be March 11, 2014 keep... in mind all this was explained at the time of closing and she was also giving a payment book she agreed to this and signed the legal contract. We are a business and not part of the IRS so it is not our concern when someone is "owed a refund" we need our money to pay our bills just like any other company would. In the mean time [redacted] has paid up with our help of giving her a 30 day deferring her 1st payment she has her vehicle back but calling today for some more time because she still does not have money to make her payments.

Mr [redacted] did have a vehicle with Broadway Motors prior to the one he purchased on 9/20/at the time of that sale he did not go and purchase full coverage insurance chose to keep Collateral insurance only and totaled the vehicle out having only collateral insurance it did not cover the amount of loan but taken that Mr [redacted] was a good customer we gave him credit of $ [redacted] to go on the purchase of another vehicle Mr [redacted] came and purchased another car with NO MONEY only using the credit from prior car and agreed to bring back $ [redacted] in weeks he did not follow thru with the agreement so the account went into repossession status which lead to car being picked up Mr [redacted] did call with some issue all of our vehicles are sold as is but we add a month 3,mile warranty we let him know to bring vehicle to our mechanic and they will fix problems To answer to Mr [redacted] statement on car repairs lets just say between the time he purchased the vehicle on 9-20-and car reposed on 11-4-he put over miles on it and never paid anything on the vehicle purchased

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me. I was able to obtained the money owed & everything has been resolved. They deferred my first payment to the end of all my payments and made my first payment due by April 11th with a late fee after the 21st. I understand my monthly payment should never go past days late which I will be making which includes a late fee on April 25th. I'm more than satisfied with the outcome.

We at Broadway Motors have went over a beyond to help customer out, but will not take payment without insurance or prof of her full coverage insurance. Like stated in previous letter all this was explained to Ms*** at time of closing she agreed and signed all
