Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: Regards, [redacted] No signed documentation or notice to myself regarding that a dog was part of the application I was not aware of the dog until one day prior to them moving in when it was to late I never signed anything regarding a dog prior to the tenants moving in, but when they told me it was too late Tennant claims WW - [redacted] was aware of the dog (pittbull) when he visited the premises Tenants has spoken with current PM and other neighbors regarding he aware but never brought it to my attention WWstated that the dog was to be a outside dog however, this is not the case Tenants claim they never told WW that it would be an outside dogemails to prove from WW that they are saying conflicting stories Work never completed as per invoice and that I paid in full - regarding repairs needed I am having to complete the work again Tenants have been served with a notice to move out, so there is loss of income to find a new tenant and to pay the costs to a new property manager Property manager (WW) has not done the correct thing by owner and has made us pay additional costs due to their inability to follow procedure

bringing unauthorized dogs into the rental unit; however, we did make the tenant sign documentation agreeing not to bring unauthorized dogs into the unit and the tenant was notified in writing on an application before signing the lease that this particular breed was not allowedWe have the tenants signature on this agreementWe have forwarded this documentation to the owner, the current property manager and the tenant.
