Service departments will contradict "everything" we have claimed? One of the steps in the long process of replacing a leaking oil cooler seal is to remove the Turbo, however does that mean we did the job wrong? The turbo has an internal issue & how are we able to determine this when vehicle was towed to shop un drivable due to this massive leak. Why didn't the dealer that had the car first include a price on a Turbo? That's right, because they didn't know about it eitherBy the way I have copies of that estimate for your review as well. The vehicle runs very good as stated by customer, additional oil leaks from other areas don't mean job was not done correctlyI have photos & components still at shop for viewing & in addition have invoicing explaining the scope of work completed, initialized & signed by customer. Did I say I lost notes in my first response? It was nice taking some time off work, believe it or not there are places now a days you can travel to that don't have email access

Initial Business Response /* (1000, 5, 2016/02/16) */
Hello to those concernedVehicle was brought to shop with needed a/c repairs which required us to take off bumper & lightsUpon removal we called customer, spoke to her about prior bumper issues, & asked if she could come to shop to see
issuesShe told us vehicle had bumper & misc components replacedAt that time we informed her that components were of a used varietyThere were parts missing clips, mounting caps were glued & in addition wired tied togetherI can not see why we should be held accountable for a body shops shoddy workAll paper work is properly documented & authorization was signed

I am rejecting this response because:My vehicle does not run correctlyIt continues to leak oil, whistles, rattles and runs so poorly from the $6,engine oil cooler repair I can barely drive it. I chose ("door number 3" per the Merchant ) because that was the only door that offered a month - 12,mile warranty. I attempted to take my car back to Walters Foreign Car several times to have them fix itThe owner told me to go somewhere else and would not work with me to remedy the situationI then tried to utilize the Revdex.com with hope that I could work something out.I expect the owner of Walters to remedy the situation, however, it appears he is not willing to have any meaningful conversations whatsoever.Since I have no warranty, told to go elsewhere by the owner, zero success through the Revdex.com and out $6,I will take my car to get repaired and proceed with all options & next steps to protect myself and family
Sincerely,

I am rejecting this response because:The merchant is incorrect in his statementI have two different opinions from certified Mercedes dealer/s - Service department that contradicts everything the merchant has claimedThe merchant had to remove the turbo/components to get to the engine oil cooler, thus, the work was not done correctly and I have had ongoing issues since I paid the final billI "chose" and paid the top price to get the vehicle running correctlyI am the original owner and have meticulous records of all service performedI want my car repaired correctly, therefore I expect a refund.Based on the Merchants statement, I don't feel we are going to get anywhere during this processThe lack of transparency from the owner is very disappointing. Lastly, I can't understand how a business owner could pride themselves for being in business for years and not be able to have access to email for days (with lost notes)? I will refrain from being opinionated in my comments, However, the merchants first sentence sums up the situation.Thank you!
Sincerely,
