Please be advised that [redacted] and her husband [redacted] have been issued a complete re-fund for the their gutters, downspouts and leaf protection which have been removed from their property ? This is a terrible example of a consumer taking advantage of a company? [redacted] had the audacity to try to get me to bring him cash in place of a company check and told me that it was OK for me to leave the gutters and downspouts on his home and not remove them after he got his refund? He told me, “As long as I brought him the money he would be satisfied”? When the technicians were at their property removing the gutter system and delivering the check, ? [redacted] proceed to try to talk them into leaving the downspouts behind because they were not damaged from the removal of the gutters and gutter guard so they could use them? It is amazing to me that someone that is so displeased with our product and services but yet they are so willing to have everything left in place as long as they get a refund of their money ? It has always been my understanding that the Revdex.com was to act as a third party intermediary and to help two parties come to a mutual reasonable agreement, not to help an unreasonable client get what ever they wanted by threatening to terminate us and change our great ratings? This project only represented .05% of our business for the year and you are threatening to terminate us because of an unreasonable client? What about the other 99.95%? ? Modern Method Roofing Company sent out a representative to assess the problem, *** from Modern Method Roofing Company showed up on December 22, to *** *** *** *** ** *** to assess the situation of the faulty installed gutters, gutter guards and additional downspoutHe was the third employee to undertake this taskThe agreement from their company was to install water diverters to correct the overflow problem and an additional downspout*** inspected the location, took notes and then informed us he would be in contact with us within a weekIt is now January 17, 2017, and we have not heard from Modern Method Roofing CompanyIn the past Modern Method Roofing Company did not follow through on phone messages concerning the same issuesI really do not want to deal with Modern Method Roofing as I know that they will not make the job right because this problem has been going on since It really would be best if the company refunded us the entire amount, so we can have a new company remove and install an entire new gutter system which will function properlyThank you for all your help regarding this complaint

We went back and completed the punch list months ago which consisted of installing an additional downspout on an upper section of roof that was not part of the original scope that was discussed with her husband and installing a water diverter on the front section of the house so the water would not over shoot a small section of gutter which didn’t happen with her previous gutter system as they did not have any type of gutter protection on their old gutter
The client is wanting a complete refund and keep the gutters, gutter protection and downspouts If she would like a refund I will gladly give her her refund and remove the existing gutters, gutter protection and downspouts from her home and she can hire someone else to install new ones I will not give her a refund and let her keep the existing system as she is using this as a ploy to get something for free
