Initial Business Response / [redacted] (1000, 5, 2016/12/29) */ was refunded over a week ago before this complaint was made

I drove hours down there to buy a DakotaI called before hand and was told it was on the lot then when I get there Im told it was sold yesterday, Liarsthe truck is still onlinei had somone call a day later and they said "the truck is here on the lot"thanks for wasting my time

If I had to sum up the three people I interacted with in one word it would be unscrupulousI went to see a specific vehicle with certain mileageI talked to them twice on Monday, [redacted] and [redacted] both of whom said it availableSo we set an appointment for Tuesday (the next day)I talked to [redacted] on Tuesday before I drove minutes for the appointment to make sure it was still there, " yes" said [redacted] I get there for the appointment and am told by [redacted] that [redacted] ran to the Elkhart store and would be back shortlyTo make a long story short there was no Martin and no carThe car had been sold weeks ago according to AdamWho then proceeded to show me a POS car with double the miles of the other one, warning lights on and bad shocksI would never buy a vehicle from them and would warn all to stay clear

They are a worthless companyI pulled in the lot after I called to see if they still had this vehicle and *** told me yesI showed up they had junk yard quality carsThen the manager told me that he doesn't have that vehicleThey lied just to get me in to try and sell me anythingNever do business with these people

They will advertise a car, you call them to tell them you are coming from Cassopolis to look at it and buy it after you have already gotten pre-approved You show up hours later at the agreed time and they tell you it was sold yesterday They wasted my time and gasI had my *** down payment and all required paperwork with me to purchase the vehicle weeks has gone by and they still advertise the same vehicle and try and get people to come in and look at a vehicle that doesn't existVery poor business practices! They have done this to me Twice now! I will definitely tell everyone out in the machine shop not to deal with them!

Initial Business Response /* (1000, 9, 2015/10/21) */
Customer had originally came in on 08/22/looking to purchase a vehicleAfter agreeing to terms of purchase, the vehicle was delivered to Ms*** in good faith provided she obtained insurance and other necessary stips needed, this being
said she had NOT provided copies of her paystubs, Upon receiving copies of said paystubs it was revealed that she was employed through a temp service which was not communicated to us at the time of saleWe had communicated with Ms*** that we would work with her provided she kept us updated on the status of her employmentThe due date of the payment was approaching and after reaching out to Ms*** informing her that payment would need to be made to the dealership since she had NOT provided us with paystubs showing she had actually been hired in yet she refused to make payment to the dealership causing her vehicle to be subject to repossession
Initial Consumer Rebuttal /* (3000, 11, 2015/10/21) */
(The consumer indicated he/she DID NOT accept the response from the business.)
They only sell you a car if you give them your pay stubs up frontWhich they had from the beginning because Brian told me to email it to him and he printed it off right there at the office in front of meAlso on the pay stubs it says tempThey knew I was a temp and said the bank accepted the loan, but only if I got that certain carI have texts from them proving they knew I was a temp alsoI also have texts proving that they took my car weeks before the payment was dueI also have texts proving that I said I would pay the dealership once they mail me documentation saying that's where I pay so I know that "Juice" didn't pocket my moneyThey took the car anyways and kept my $and would not return any calls or textSmall Claims has been filed, but I have found where they have done this to many people and it is wrong them stem taking the car away and stealing their deposits

They only sell you a car if you give them your pay stubs up front. Which they had from the beginning because Brian told me to email it to him and he printed it off right there at the office in front of me. Also on the pay stubs it says temp. They knew I was a temp and said the bank accepted the loan, but only if I got that certain car. I have texts from them proving they knew I was a temp also. I also have texts proving that they took my car 2 weeks before the payment was due. I also have texts proving that I said I would pay the dealership once they mail me documentation saying that's where I pay so I know that "Juice" didn't pocket my money. They took the car anyways and kept my $2000 and would not return any calls or text. Small Claims has been filed, but I have found where they have done this to many people and it is wrong them stem taking the car away and stealing their deposits.

This place is a joke a lady named Nora wasted so much of my time. Nora said all I need is 500 dollars down as advertised on there sign but that is a lie that sign is false advertisement Nora said I need 2000 down from you. I also waited for this Nora to call me she was very unprofessional and never returned calls this place is a joke stay away from these thieves
