Hello, We, at Walters' Fruit Ranch, place the safety of our customers as a paramount concernWe try our best to offer a fun experience to all our patrons and address any complaints or concerns as quickly as possibleWhen the customer in question expressed concern over the corn cannon they did so in a high state of agitation and an excessive use of profanityIn trying to deal with the customer's concerns we immediately lowered the pressure as the wind was having a greater effect than originally anticipatedAs for the customer, because of his use of foul language and heated commentary he was asked not to line up with other patronsWe asked that he step out of line and away from the small children of other customers so that he wouldn't taint their experience as wellWe even offered to allow the customer to take his purchases with him free of charge as long as he left the lineDespite repeated efforts to appease the customer it seemed to only aggravate him more, and we soon realized that no amount of effort on our part was going to satisfy him
