explains everything about the accident. Miss H[redacted] also complained to the State Highway Patrol, after Investigating we are in the perimeters of billing. What Miss H[redacted] doesn't understand is that no tow company will give you a quote for an accident like this over the phone (their are too many variables to give an accurate quote), [redacted] stated to us that quote given was just for a winchout only. Miss H[redacted] had called us on 1/30/2017 advising us she had full coverage on her vehicle, which we had adv[redacted]d her to let her insurance handle this. Later she called back and stated that she would have to handle this as she only had liability and would be coming to pick up her car and had a tow company that would be there. Miss H[redacted] was explained in detail about all the charges. And had also called our biggest competitor who after finding out that their charges were more than ours, Miss H[redacted]'s mother very heatedly told Miss H[redacted] to get out and just pay the bill. Miss H[redacted] has never brought to our attention that she would like a refund, which their is no refund to give as the charges were valid. Her insurance company had adv[redacted]d us that they are already refunding her half of the bill. We are sorry that Miss H[redacted] is unhappy with our Company, she needs to understand that when law enforcement tells you to do a job we have to do it. Miss H[redacted] never asked the officer to call a certain tow company nor did she ask about charges before we started the job. We did not gouge or nor did we take advantage of her situation. The charges are adequate due to having to winch he vehicle 100ft, rotate the car 180 and upright vehicle and tow back to our facility. And this was also explained to her by our biggest competitor before she paid the bill. Miss H[redacted] after paying stormed out with her mother and left the receipt on the desk and has never requested a detail receipt, if she had called us we would have been happy to send her a receipt. Her insurance company and State Troopers also have a copy of this which we are also sending to you.
