I have copied the last part of her complaint on my response to PROVE that we have legitimate reasons as to why this warranty has not been taken care of as of now, and *** knows this
Limo Land, Incstands behind our product 100%Limo Land has had many email correspondence with ***, requesting pictures of the damageWe FINALLY received the pictures this morning 4/19/at 9:CSTI have my warranty and plant manager looking over the pictures now
Limo Land, Incalso has a warranty book with a registration card and a letter explaining our warranty procedures*** has signed the warranty registration saying she understood the procedures, yet when it came time to follow them she chose not too.(this was her "contractual obligation") She did not send pictures of the damage, she did not send us an estimate for the work to be done, and the shop who did the work ignored all stickers located on the vehicle that said do not work on car without Limo Land, IncconsentAlso in regards to the "shop" who did the work, *** originally said her husband performed the warranty work and then later went back on that
I*** *** as the customer relations manager had a conversation with *** yesterday 4/18/letting her know that I am on her side to resolve this matter and for her to please send me all photos so that I can try to get this approved for herInstead of getting them to me immediately so that I could assist, she chose to file this complaint and then send pictures to me at 9:CST 4/19/
I am happy to send over any information you may need, including the warranty paper work she signed, and all email correspondence

[redacted] definitely knows my company LIMOZ spent $63,000 with [redacted] and they refuse to warranty all repair issues.

No where on this complaint did it state a company name of LIMOZ. When dealing with the company LIMOZ we have only dealt with a [redacted], never a [redacted]... [redacted] has already filed a case with you that was dismissed. Not sure why she is using a fake name to file another complaint.

[If you are rejecting the business's response please enter your rejection comments here.] The only two options provided were Accept Response or Reject Response.  There was not an option to Partially Accept the Response.  I do agree with the owner that the vehicle was returned to me at no additional charge.  Nevertheless, [redacted], the worker who had given us a very hard time about this issue, the one who never allowed me to speak with the owner directly, and was very unprofessional, also decided to deliberately keep the car registration.  After we picked up the car, I spoke with [redacted] and told him I would go by to pick up the registration from him.  Once again, he yelled at me and lied about the fact that he gave the registration to the tow truck driver.  What he did not know was that I personally know the tow truck driver and he said [redacted] DID NOT give him any registration.  In fact, he mentioned that [redacted] had a bad attitude about releasing our car to the tow truck driver and this had not been the first time it happened.  In fact, someone in that other tow truck company had to hire a lawyer in the past for a similar incident where [redacted] refused to release their car.  I called [redacted] a few times asking to speak with [redacted], the owner and, as it happened in the past, refused to let me speak with [redacted].  When I asked [redacted] if he wanted me to bring this issue again through Revdex.com, he said, "I don't care what you do." I appreciate the owner's ([redacted]'s) quick response to the initial complaint.  It is a shame that the only way I can reach the owner is through Revdex.com.  All I know is that [redacted] is affecting and damaging the reputation of Waltham Towing Company by exercising inappropriate business practices.
