Walt's received a Bill of sale, and transfer paperwork that was shown to be approx. 17 June 2015 but, not processed by DMV until 22 June 2015, this being supplied by [redacted] and confirmed by phone by DMV. Walt's is required to use information supplied by DMV. As of the accident date [redacted] was still the R/O and legal owner of said vehicle according to the State of Oregon.A letter was mailed to [redacted] on 14 July 2015, stating that the tow company would not pursue Legal action regarding the [redacted] matter.
