installed for him through a outside vendor.In regards to the undercoating,it is what on all models from the dealer which is standard practise from ***.Again we apoligize for the misunderstanding as it was a computer error that reads the serial number to determine the optionsWhich was an error that was not picked up by the sales consultant and resulted in the case we have before us , and again nothing deliberate on our part I can assure you

The two key fobs are useless in and of themselves unless the vehicle has a keyless entry system component for them to work withDoes the vehicle have that component already installed in order for the fobs to work?
