Walt's Window Repair & Screening, Inc.

Walt's Window Repair and Screening in Boca Raton obviously has been in business too long. They must feel that they have a monopoly on the business in the area for them to be so disorganized and careless in how they deal with their customers. People who care about their business and their customers don't act this way.
We called Walt's for an appointment on a Friday. They explained that they were backed up with appointments and wouldn't be able to fit us into their schedule until the following Wed (Monday was a holiday) and that they would call us as soon as the schedule was created. No phone call on Tuesday. Wednesday finally came and......no phone call. We called their office in the morning and [redacted] (who seems to be a chip off the old block) communicates that our information was left on [redacted] desk" and that he was sorry.....but that he would follow up and get back to us and would get us "into the schedule as soon as possible". He admitted that the ball was dropped and we understand

I needed to have my windows repaired on my enclosed porch and received estimates for replacement up to the amount of $3,200. No one seemed to know what to do with these windows until I was referred to Walt's Window Repair.representative, Dan, came in and evaluated the situation, gave me an estimate for repair for $275.and said that he could repair l the windows and that they were Anderson windows and did not have to be replaced. Dan came the next day to do the repairs to the windows. He did not stay the full 2 hours to make the repairs. He was able to make the repairs in less time and charged me $50. less than the original estimate. The windows work well, open and close. Dan will now replace the screen for me since I forgot to mention them. I think Walt's Windows is an amazing company, a rarity in this day and age, a company that has integrity, a company that can be trusted, that does the job, is reliable, and can be counted on to make your equipment work. I would not hesitate to recommend Walt's Windows to anyone.
