Woke up this morning checked my bank account and noticed my account was charged in the amount of $346 from Wamax LLC. I had no clue to what this was or who authorized this transaction. Attempted to use that contact information that was associated with the account. It was a cellular phone that couldn't receive voicemails because it was too full and the voice address was of a heavy accent so couldn't understand. The company offers a online chat messenger. I attempted to use that. They requested my account number but I refused to give it. I requested a phone number where I can talk to someone by phone but the response I got was they were busy and wouldn't be able to answer my call. I contacted my bank and started a fraud alert and case because looking on the company's website I never would have purchased office furniture or a bulk of cellphones. This was not a purchase I authorized and I don't allow others to use my information. I have screenshots of the chat conversation if any other information is needed.

I am rejecting this response because:
I sent the needed information to the business. I don't like that I had to go through this at all and to this extreme. The practices of this business should be revised and have real contact information posted on its website. I found the representative that chatted with me to be unprofessional. A business should never tell a customer that they are too busy to deal with a matter of any sort.
Had a fraudulent transaction charged on my card to this company for $398.00. Made multiple calls, emails and even tried there instant messenger that pops up when you go to their website, and still no response, they do not care if you get scammed as long as they're getting paid!!!!!
