I am very sorry to hear of these accusations, however I do not recall ever refusing to refund any monies for a valid complaint In fact there is a sign that is posted in the lobby of my hotel that reads "We hope our hometown hospitality provides for a delightful stay If you encounter a problem with your guest room, please let us know immediately If we cannot fix it, your night's stay is free." I have researched the guests that checked in/out on the days mentioned and cannot find documentation that supports this claim I would however, love to see the pictures that will back up these accusations If a guest checks in and then out of my hotel w/o explaining or giving reason then they are charged for that night Please send me all of the information that will support this issue If indeed a guest was checked into a room of that nature, I will be more than happy to make things right.Thank You,Vibha Patel

Attached are photos of the hotel room at the Baymont Inn
located at 17111 North Freeway, Houston, TX.  The room was filthy and the
mattress had bed bugs.  Neither of the lamps in the room worked and were
covered in dust and the telephone and bathtub were dirty. When our employees complained to
the manager, they refused to refund the money for room for that night; however, they did refund the remaining nights.  Attached are the photos taken of the room on the night the employees checked in. Also attached is the credit card charge and the credit card refund for the reservation.  The difference of the credit balance still due is $56.05.
This room was booked through Hotels.com.  I contacted
