Stolen bags
Bags was stolen. They had no care or way for me to get them back. Check for your bags after every stop.

This was my first and last time using this BUS COMPANY!!!! The BUS was extremely late going and coming! The BUS was very dirty and had a really foul smell and don't see how they received a four out of five star rating it should be more like negative four rating! This was the worst experience of my life and wouldn't wish this hell on anyoneMy advice to anyone looking for a cheap BUS service this is definitely not the one to go withAVOID WANDA COACH LIKE THE PLAGUE!!! THAT FOUR STAR RATING IS NOT FKING TRUE....PLEASE STAY AWAY STAY AWAY STAY AWAY...PLEASE STAY AWAY

I had a worse travel experience with this business- Wanda travel Inc and I will never ever take them againI brought my ticket online and came to the departure location as notedI placed my suitcases , of them in their compartment for my trip destination as they instructed me too
The I boarded the bus, and my surprise is that we waited in the bus for about minutes, until people started complaining, about the waitnot only we have been waiting in the bus for 45mn, but it was hot without air conditionerwe were hot and were left without any explanation and were suffering from the heatafter people started complaining, the manager came and informed us that the bus was broken down and another was on the wayWE requested our refund or discount due to the delay, but no response and they kept sending us all non sense customer services, which was the poorest customers services ever experienced, after we finally changed the bus, the manager instructed and reassured all the passengers that our luggages wil be moved to the new bus and that we do not need to worryand so, trusting them, we did and that was a mistakeI should have stood there and watch them actually moved my luggagesworse mistake in my LIFE
MY destination was to Raliegh, Noth Carolina, and guess what to my surprise in the morning of the trip, the bus driver left me at a status about hours from my final destination and no info was given to meas I ask the new driver about my next route and how u can d=get there, he handed me a phone number, the same they always use, with poor customers servicesand now, as I am ready in that morning at am, waking up, suddently to change the bus, because being the only person going to my final destination, the compay did not wan t to make an extra trip just to drop me off, so they decided to leavne me behindNow as I am checking my luggages, guess what! they both gonemy luggages are gone and I could not locate them anywhere in the busfeeling bad about leaving the other people suffering, I let the driver go and left me thete without any direction as how I can get to my final destination and on top of that, my luggages were lost
I had to call my friend to come and pcik me up and until today, I never get the confirmation if the other bus ever showed up for meImagine if I had not know anyone there
Then I went to my friend and then decived to call to find our about recovering my luggagesfor days, non stop, I called these people and there was no lead, no one gave me an attention and on top of that, they were rude and dismissive, hanging up the phone I had to send my onw mother to the NY location to see if she oculd help me reovled and find my lussges, but no response and they were rude to my motherfor days and after even sending my mother, these people were incapable of resolving my issue, And not even that, I was very certain that my luggages never made to the bus that took me to NC, because the employees may have stolen it, and the company tried to pass ** on like I was crasy and out my luggages in the wotng bus, and I did not look for it when the bus dropped me offREALLY! that is a good one!
Finally, I was supposed to return to LA after my visit to NY to my mom and a visit to my friend in NC, But, I had to cancel and loose my ticket to LA , and then had to buy another of their *** bus ticket, $ to go back to NY and resolve my luggage issueGuess what I just landed to their stationa nd went to the counter to ask for my lost luggage, they told me that they found themWOW, REALLY?i I am like for days, I have been calling, it has to take me to loose my plane ticket back home, brought another one to NY to have my luggage retuned to mecrasy! of they had foud my luggage and clarly did not want to steal them, they should have called me and let me know they have found them, that wil have saved me the cost of my trip back and loosing my ticket
After notifying that I have my luggage, they told me to come back again at night as the driver who has my luggages will be back them, all craps and none sense, but I did and I came back and recovered my luggages that night
the company never reimbursed me for the suffrance, lost, pain they unecessarly caused methis was painful and a lot of lost for me, and I have never experienced such disgrace, lack of empathy, care, respect for other like I experienced with this companyI will never take them again and ask anyone who is considering them because of no ther choices, to please do out homework, get your ticket on hand, keep sight of all your belonlings, and never take any valuable with you in that busWORSE EXPERIENSE IN ,MY LIFE
these company should go out of business and never be allowed to run again

I had to take this bus from Columbia SC to NYC this was the worst trip I ever had no air bathroom was so dirty no tissue paper toilet set was very nastySo riding for to hours on a bus thats hot and nasty can you imagine the smell OMG..for buck you would expect better they raised the price from to now so if you rise Te price we expect better service

My wife and I found Wanda's bus tour to be very professionalThe Hawaiian tour was outstanding and I would recommend it highly !

So riding for 12 to 13 hours on a bus thats hot and nasty can you imagine the smell OMG..for 75 buck you would expect better they raised the price from 45 to 60 now 75 so if you rise Te price we expect better service.....

My wife and I found Wanda's bus tour to be very professional. The Hawaiian tour was outstanding and I would recommend it highly !
