First of all she can't add in the letter you sent meSecond she never brought her dog over beforehand if she did we would have seen its bad behavior and not taken itThird we are not on *** and never have been Are web page doesn't say anything about handling
difficult animals either Fourth if she would have shut up for minute the two times I tried to talk to her the 1st after she left a screeching voice mail on her return from her trip and 2nd time after I was advised that she altered the refund check in her favor
I called her son after the dog chewed thru the wood frame and broke a metal door breaking the lock to get to another dog in the next roomHe called his sister and asks her to help because she had a fenced in yard and he had to go to work could she pick the dog upBy the way the other dog was already booked before her dog
As for her dog wanting out to play that is a lie*** *** told me that her dog was a little aggressive at first with smaller dogs but then settled down Which was a lie it was very very aggressive and uncontrollable it wanted to kill the one dog that was special needs its friend was not a special needs dogThe reason the dogs weren't let out together besides her aggressive dog is behavior is that we don't mix other peoples dogs together at play time they all get their own time
When her daughter came to get the dog she told me that she offered to take the dog for her mom because the dog was not socialized with anyone but her parents and her dogs She also told me she thought her mother turned her down because she thought that her mother thought she would beat the dog (That is word for word what her daughter told me I can remember because my phone was on record and recorded her saying it.) I also showed the daughter photos of the kennel and what the dog did and I gave her the refund check to give to her mother at which time she didn't have a problem with the money being taken out for repairs
If she didn't want the other side rented which it was before her renting her side she should have rented both sides which I do give at a big discounted rate if one family is renting the whole kennel if it is available at booking time
The contract she signed states 3rd page under liability #states that the client is responsible for all damages done to the kennel, house, fence etc at *** *** *** while being kenneled Also under the Pet sitting Policies and Procedures which she signed for and got a copy states under Holiday Cancellations: That the client is responsible for the total amount booked for since we have to turn people away so I didn't have to be nice and send any money back due to the fact that she lied about her dogs aggressiveness On Page under Unacceptable pets: States we have the right to refuse any pet that appears aggressive, ill etc without any explanation owed
So by the facts listed above if she bothers us anymore about this I will sue her for the $back because we couldn't rent out the other side because she had it booked thru sept 3rd and we bad turned away many people due to that fact and they had already got house sitters or just didn't do their trips
This is all you are going to hear from me on this matter I wasn't even going to send this letter but because of her bad, rude behavior and all the lies she has told you in her letter I wanted our side explained
