Review: Wanderful Media owns and operates a service named Find&Save they have a website findnsave.com and they have an app. The app posts weekly ads to multiple retailers and offers limited time cash incentives for making purchases within the time period allotted. For example they have an offer if you spend $50 at [redacted] they will reward you with $10 added to your account. Once you have reached $20 in your account you are able to cash out. My complaint is with a promotion they were offering for referrals their promise is if someone I referred joined using my referral code [redacted] and claimed a rebate they would give me $20. I sent this out to 10 people. 1 person I know and talk to daily did join using my code, she also had redeemed an offer after joining. I sent them an email and after several correspondences with them they are taking no actions to resolve my issue and claim that my referral never used my code I have sent them screenshots of messages on my phone and my referral has also emailed them. I believe they are trying to trick people so they dont have to pay them the bonuses they are promising them.Desired Settlement: I know this business is not affiliated with the Revdex.com but if there is not a resolve with this business I would like this to at least remain on record with the Revdex.com for others to see.

Wanderful Media operates a discovery shopping app by the name of [redacted]. As part of the [redacted] app, we run promotions called Cash Dash where we will provide an offer for a specific time frame such as Spend $100 at [redacted] between June 16 and June 25, 2015 and receive 3% back on your total spend from [redacted]. User accounts accumulate funds to $25 and then they are paid out through [redacted]. One of the other features in the app is a share reward, should someone that has been referred to by a new user sign up during a specified time and successfully complete a Cash Dash the referrer will receive a cash reward. The complainant signed up on the [redacted] app on June 12, 2015. On June 21, 2015 she contacted our customer service team inquiring about when she would be receiving the monies related to the sharing of the app with a friend that she had referred using her share code of [redacted]. Our client services team did an initial investigation during which it appeared that the code had not been successfully used and responded as such on June 22, 2015. As follow up to the initial contact by the complainant, our client services team requested that a more extensive investigation into this was completed to ensure that if [redacted] owed the user funds for the sharing of the app, that they receive them. On June 25, 2015 we responded to the individual that the complainant shared the code with and explained that we were looking into the situation for the complainant and that if the complainant did indeed qualify that we would send the funds to the complainant. On June 27, 2015 our engineering team determined that the complainant had indeed shared the code successfully and due to a recent back end upgrade it was not showing up as successfully completed. As such on June 29, 2015 we paid the complainant the funds that were owed and have since suspended the share reward until the a fix can be implemented.

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to my concern, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me.

Review: Wandeful media uses the find and save App to conduct business. Customers suit copies of their receipts to recieve cash back once specific guidelines have been met. I use several online apps to stretch my dollar as far as I can being a single mother of 3. The entire concept is equivalent to couponing. I began submitting receipts and received 1 payout. Once I had proof (or so I thought) of the companies legitimacy, I began submitting more receipts from multiple stores especially since it was back to school shopping time. Multiple receipts were returned stating image was blurry and to resubmit, however, the app has no way of showing which receipt was rejected. I emailed copies of all my receipts. During this time, I was hospitalized for anemia and a non existent iron count. I spent over a week in the hospital, then returned for surgery. Prior to that, I had been having breathing issues which hindered my activities. After emailing the receipts, I was put under review and accused of possible fraud. I was sent names of cards and part of the numbers which would be a breach of privacy. Furthermore, they insisted I submit proof that the cards were my own due to multiple cards. Nowhere did it ever say in the policy that I would have to show them what was in my wallet plus no one ever has to prove a payment method, name, address, ect when using a coupon. If I paid someone to do my shopping, that is my business and their request a total violation of privacy. They refused to pay any of the offers and rejected every reciept. The company did not honor their advertisement, violated my privacy, accused me of fraud then sent private/protected information via email violated their security policy. Bottom line, company offers cash back on submitted reciepts, they refused to honor their end of the seal. My reciepts were submitted, clear and on time. Refusal to pay the cash back offer is false advertising bordering on discrimination due to my income level. Fraudulent and scandalous company.Desired Settlement: I have invested a lot of time submitting reciepts and I want this company to honor their advertisement. I have sent multiple emails and wandeful media has refused to honor their advertisement. No other business, online rebate, cash back for reciepts application based business has given me any problems like this in the 2 years I have been couponing.
