Review: I've had an online account with this food delivery service company for over a year. After not order from them for 2-3 months, I received a promotional email from them at my [redacted] account with the email offering me $10 off my next order. The email was sent 10/**/2014, 2 days ago from today. When going to the [redacted] website, I entered my login information and it would nto let me login. I tried to reset my password but this also didn't work, as no email was sent to me. So I called Wandering Waiter's phone number at ###-###-#### to speak to someone about this. The person told me that they updated their website recently and deleted everyone's accounts because 'they could not transfer them' for some reason. So despite this utter incompetence, I asked to speak to the [redacted] and he refused to honor the coupon. Further more he said I had to make a whole new account and I would receive no discount at all. This is complete fraud and a scam on their part. I would like retribution for this. There's been times in the past where they also overcharge me or forget to give me items that I purchased. When I bring this up to them they do nothing about it either.Desired Settlement: I want what is right and ethical which is to give me the $10 off my next order discount which they just sent to my email on 10/**/2014. [redacted] says the email was a mistake because all the accounts were 'deleted'. It's just total stupidity and I would like some satisfaction as I've been scammed here after ordering from them for so many years.

Review: Company was closed on, or about, September 2015 without notice. Wandering Waiter was a delivery business that allowed consumers to order take out from our Restaurant and then Wandering Waiter would deliver it. Wandering Waiter would collect the payment from the consumer and pay the restaurant less a 30% service charge. After the business closed there were outstanding monies owed for delivered that were performed. There have been several attempts to collect this debt from the company. Each time they say they will by a specified date, but never follow up. As of 12/**/15 payment has not been received. The amount due is $319.93.Desired Settlement: Would like to receive the monies owed for services performed in the amount of $319.93.
