I filed a complaint a month ago,and received a call from the credit unionIt was my understanding that the credit union would call againInstead I read their opinion of what I was trying to do through Revdex.comTheir opinion is incorrect,and to add to this they never answered my concern about excessive fees applied to my accountI would like an apology of their libelous account of eventsI had already been in contact with the said company to make arrangements for any amoumt that remained dueI definitely would like refund of all courtesy pay fees that resulted from the other company's unapproved use of my accountI would like the account with the credit union closed asap.This will be ending a year business relationshipRefund

We conducted an internal investigation of this matter upon receiving Ms [redacted] s complaint Our recovery procedures require all debts to be paid in full before a title for collateral is released Ms [redacted] satisfied this requirement and the title should have been released after the payment cleared on March 9, There was a miscommunication among our branch and recovery department which prevented this from happening We released the title for Ms [redacted] on April 17, and the title will be mailed to her from the South Carolina DMV We researched the amount Ms [redacted] paid for repossession fees and discovered a total of one hundred dollars was applied toward repossession fees We mailed a check to Ms [redacted] in the amount of one hundred dollars on April 24th, to reimburse her for these fees and the inconvenience she experienced as part of this process We also personally reached out to Ms [redacted] on Friday, April 21stto apologize for the inconvenience she experienced.Ms [redacted] seemed satisfied with our follow up and resolution.Thank you,Brian M [redacted] Senior Vice President Chief Operating Officer SC Telco Federal Credit Union

We researched this matter with Ms***'s account and "***" and discovered that it is a home shopping network. According to our research, Ms*** s“stretch-pays” to pay for items through *** According to our records, Ms*** attempted to cancel her debit card with us,

We contacted Ms. [redacted] on Wednesday, July 26, 2017.  She accepted our proposal to refund the agreed amount of fees ($1,015 of a total of $1,247 incurred) and we closed her account in accordance with our Membership Agreement.  We set up a payment arrangement with Ms. [redacted] for the remaining balance in her account for an amount and time period she was comfortable with.  We believe Ms. [redacted] was satisfied with this resolution.
