Complaint: *** I am at this company I was go My to let this go because one of the owners called and apologized for his mistakesShe called me one time because I owed $for hosting and the credit card on file had expired I did forget to call her back but money is not a issue hereThese people changed my phone numbers my address all my info to a competitor ***’s paving information for months I never requested a changeIt was on there for months until the owner of ***’s paving called me and thanked me for the leads saying he thought I must have retired and was sending him leadsSo I called WABW MEDIA GROUP and asked them to change the number ASAP then man that answered the phone was very apologetic and changed the number immediatelyThen a few hours later the owner of the company called me and told me to shut my mouth and listen and that I now owe her $for changing the info to ***’s paving and changing it back including the hosting I told her I could file a lawsuit she told me that she knows what kind of people I am and what I do and nobody cares or will listen to meHow can a company change my number by accident costing me thousands of dollars and then charge me for the change the done wrong and then changing it back rightThis makes me absolutely sick the way these people have handled thisAlso bumped in to a old customer from she said she seen one of my trucks and could only catch the website so she went on there and called the phone number WABW had listed and received a estimate for $50, she said she didn’t realize she wasn’t doing business with me until she wrote the check to ***’s paving and she also added she would have never done business with anyone but meYou people should be ashamed of your self for the lies you have told the money you cost me and the way you spoke to meNow I want a full refund for my website I am rejecting this response because:

provided would not go through authorization. He always told me he would call me right back and make payment but he never did. I gave him a grace period because I wanted to help him if he was short on funds. I received a call from him asking me to update one of his telephone numbers at the top his site. I agreed to do so and ask that he pay his past due invoices. Again, he said he would call me back. I sent invoices with suspension dates then suddenly he calls back and tells me the number is wrong. I updated the number again and he also calls in December requesting yet another number.When I asked him to pay his invoice he then tells me he is angry the number was changed. He used foul and vulgar language as well as threatened me and another person in our office with bodily harm. He sent me several threatening text messages. He finally paid for his hosting after cussing at me and calling me names and we provided all his sites files and information on transferring his domain name. We did everything we possibly could to appease this customer. I even gave him credit for the time he said the website had a wrong number on it. Basically he was just trying to not pay his bill by saying he didn't ask me to change his number. His website was never down nor was email. He still had all the contact numbers on his home page. We have never had control of his email and all inquires from the site have always gone to his gmail account that he provided to us.He has threatened to send people to our offices to hurt us and I do not want to do business with this customer and we requested he take his site and have it hosted elsewhere.
