This website was built by Want a Better Website, Inc in The information he is stating is not factualThis customer had several past due invoices for hosting his asphalt and paving websiteWe sent invoices to him just like every other customer but they were never paid and the credit card he provided would not go through authorizationHe always told me he would call me right back and make payment but he never didI gave him a grace period because I wanted to help him if he was short on fundsI received a call from him asking me to update one of his telephone numbers at the top his siteI agreed to do so and ask that he pay his past due invoicesAgain, he said he would call me backI sent invoices with suspension dates then suddenly he calls back and tells me the number is wrongI updated the number again and he also calls in December requesting yet another number.When I asked him to pay his invoice he then tells me he is angry the number was changedHe used foul and vulgar language as well as threatened me and another person in our office with bodily harmHe sent me several threatening text messagesHe finally paid for his hosting after cussing at me and calling me names and we provided all his sites files and information on transferring his domain nameWe did everything we possibly could to appease this customerI even gave him credit for the time he said the website had a wrong number on itBasically he was just trying to not pay his bill by saying he didn't ask me to change his numberHis website was never down nor was emailHe still had all the contact numbers on his home pageWe have never had control of his email and all inquires from the site have always gone to his gmail account that he provided to us.He has threatened to send people to our offices to hurt us and I do not want to do business with this customer and we requested he take his site and have it hosted elsewhereOnce I told him that, he told me he would leave bad reviews and threatened to physically hurt me and another employeeSincerely, [redacted] ***
