[A default letter is provided here which indicates your acceptance of the business's response If you wish, you may update it before sending it.]Revdex.com:I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and find that this resolution is satisfactory to meThis whole thing is not getting resolved at all and I'm tired of being at someone elses mercyThe website and what I was told is different than what Wanted Auto Protect is sayingI want my funds returned to me ASAPThis is almost weeks now without a resolutionI'm disappointed in the response I received, but when someone else has your money and you have no voice what can I doHow soon can I receive my funds back I was told 10-days and we are there now!Regards, [redacted]

We deeply apologize for the inconvenience! In order to make certain that Mr [redacted] will receive his refund check in a timely manner, we have sent out a corporate check via expedited FedEx and have sent Mr [redacted] a tracking number so he knows exactly when he will be receiving his refund checkWe hope we have resolved this matter as best as possible! Complaint: [redacted] I am holding my acceptance and denial of their response till I get and cash the check, as they have made this claim earlier as well, without actually sending anything. I would bet they have no formal proof of previous mail. There is pattern of not receiving important mail from them, including contracts for my 2 cars that they have warranted, despite many requests. Even repeated repair Quotes, faxed directly by the dealership, with fax receipts, magically disappeared. The contract clause that they are referring to was never brought to my attention, prior to buying the warranty, as I was never mailed a formal copy of the contract, or any other documentation, at the time of contract, despite been promised by sales person. Still giving them the benefit of doubt, I went along their line of reasoning and started negotiating trade-in value, which BTW they low balled to half of what they finally agreed, after I had to email them published proof of the trade-in value and getting tired of their never ending unsuccessful attempts to deny claim, on baseless reasons, that were all proved to be wrong, and should have not been brought up, in the first place. After repeated attempts to contact them via email, informing that the payment has not been received, there was no response, until BBB got involved. Also, the information about client's policy on their own web portal, keeps changing. I would encourage everyone that has policy with them to get written copy of their actual policy and not rely on their portal or any documentation that is not formally provided. Regards, Sean [redacted]

Unfortunately, the reason for the denial was due to rust/corrosion, which according to the policy guidelines is not a covered repairWe did however send out another check to Mr*** to the address he confirmed on fileThe ETA for the check is 02/in the amount of $We normally ask
15-BUSINESS days for a check to be processed. We apologize for any inconvenience, and hope we have resolved this issue as quick as possible!

Complaint: ***
I am rejecting this response because:
The air bag suspension is not listed in that portion that was submitted and there was no offer of the amount quoted towards repairsThe shop said the job was $495, the manager I spoke to said he could get the place to give me a discounted rate and charge me $I rejected that when my deductible was supposed to be $I also called the company before taking my truck in to explain what was wrong, they didn't say that wouldn't be covered, and why in the website the ultimate coverage says suspension? The hard copy that your claiming you get I never remember receiving, nor was I told I had days to cancelI was told to drive the vehicle for 3,miles before I could use the policyThe salesman told me one thing and now I'm hearing other thingsI want a full refund and I want reimbursement for the shop that I was told to go to with the problem txt I described

the state of California, but on 10/21/2014, Wanted Auto Protect had written up the contract for Ms. [redacted] by error.
