Dress I received looks different from photos available onlineColor is completely different as well as quality seems poorThe site say they offer free returns, but we have to come out of pocket to pay for shipping with tracking to begin the return process, which can take up to weeks

I have ordered several times off the website wantmylook.com I can attest to the ir items matching the quality as seen onlineMy only complaint is shipping has always been a nightmareThey always promise ship dates that are never correctI have contacted their customer support several times and receive automated responses about the shipping dates on my ordersI will never be ordering anything from their site ever again as one of the parameters that I expect to be met when making an online order, is that your order arrive per the date promised

I'm not sure what legit business doesn't answer their phone during business hours
Why offer shipping within days if you aren't going to deliver within that time?
I was shipped the wrong shoes in the wrong sizeI called to let the rep knowHer response when I told her I was sent the wrong shoes "well do they fit?" Why would it matter if they fit, if they're not the shoes I ordered?

I placed a order over a month ago then I received a email that my package was delivered when I opened the package only item I ordered was in the packaging I called the number 320-400-and nobody answered it went to a voicemail which was full and did not give me the opportunity to leave a message so I sent 2-emails still with no response from anymore I called again and was put on hold for 7-minutes when the lady got back on the phone she hung up on me when I called back immediately I once again explained the situation and the lady just kept saying that my order was delivered already I am trying to explain to her that not all the items were delivered and she just kept saying "yes i'm showing they were delivered" it wasnt a question it was a statement finally she told me she would look into it and call me back which she NEVER did! I called once more and went through the same thing again with explaining the situation and this lady as well said "it was delivered already(long pause) OH that item is out of stock"
HOW on earth can you "send me something" that was "delivered" if its out of stock? absolutely ridiculous there is no order, customer service, or brains in this companyif a item is out of stock you call that person and inform them you don't send them on a wild goose chase then argue with them about it for weeks!
so unprofessional!

I ordered an outfit worth Australian Dollars and since I've moved into a new house I'm still not used to my current address therefore I accidentally wrote down my old address and my current surburb together, meaning the delivery destination does not exist so I emailed them and asked if I could change it and was told that my request is being processed at the helpdesk and was given a ticket number and that I'll get a personal response within hours, weeks later and I still haven't heard anything so I tracked my order and it said that my package has been shipped, my question isShipped to where? There is no destination? The address does not exist and despite my many attempts of contacting them (via email, unable to call them due to overseas number) to correct my address, I haven't heard a peep from themI want to sue this store, many customers have had very bad customer service from here and have been robbed of their money

I recently pushased a dress off want my look and they sent me the wrong dress witch was fine but then I asked them specifically if I return the dress that I can get my proper dress back. I sent an email and they told me to return it and they would pay for my shipping fees for returning. when the dress was returned did not give me the full refund back nor do they pay for the shipping that I had to Paid for to return the dress. This website is a scam and do not recommend anybody buy off them! They sent me the wrong dress and when I returned the dress they only gave me half the money back! Total scam!!! Don't buy off these people unless you don't want you're money back. I called and emailed a million times trying to get my money and back and still no response. Don't trust this website

Although the company has cute style I must say they lack professionalism and communication as well as on time delivery. I received a box of shoes with cigarettes in them. On top of that I ordered a dress that I still have not received. It has been 4 weeks now and when I reached out to see what the issue was, someone emailed me back saying "There is an issue of some sort" then stopped replying. I have called at multiple times through out the day and every single time I get the answering machine saying I am calling outside of business hours. I have opened up a ticket about the dress I purchased a while ago and no one replied back then saw that the ticket was deleted. It says on their website if you order within 22 hours you will receive the item by "this time" and that is never the case. The company is not poorly ran and not there to please their customers. It is a nightmare working with them.

I ordered two outfits. Turns out, they were out of stock on one of the outfits after I made my purchase. Instead of letting me know it was no longer available and refunding me my money, they just sent the other outfit and made no mention of the missing one. I contacted them, they told me it was out of stock. Wouldn't it make sense to.. I don't know... LET YOUR CUSTOMER KNOW THIS WITHOUT MAKING THEM REACH OUT TO YOU?! Anyway... They asked if I would like a store credit or a refund, so I was like ok cool I'll take the refund please. Two weeks go by... NO REFUND. NO RESPONSE. I contact them again with a new claim, immediately get a response offering a refund. I say okay great. AGAIN... no refund. no response. I just had to contact them A THIRD TIME TODAY. Still have heard nothing. Oh.. but they keep closing my claims in the customer service portal!! Even though they haven't fixed anything!! Horrible customer service.

The shipping is absolutely horrible. I ordered a dress that was pre-ordered. The ship out date for this order was August 30,it is now Oct 23 and there is no dress insight. I've contacted them several times regarding this dress only for them to continually state that it will be shipped out next week. The fourth time I contacted them they didn't even respond back. I really want this item so I didn't want to cancel the order, but I will never order from them again. Neither will my friends or family. If you do purchase from them be very cautious and never purchase anything that will be pre-ordered.

I ordered boots on Nov. 2 2016. I received an email the same day anything that they've shipped. I looked up the tracking number and it said postage created - that's the first strike against them, as that is rather misleading. I kept checking the tracking number for a few days but the location never changed. By the 12th, I called them and asked for my boots to be shipped or for my money back. Apparently, the boots were over ordered and they were under-stock - that's the second strike against them. The website should have been updated to let potential buyers know what is out of stock. Anyway, she said they're receiving a new shipment of boots so I waited a few more days. I called on the 18th, a Friday, to request a refund (I paid using Paypal). Today is the 22nd and nothing had been refunded. I gave them a call - yet again and I was placed on hold for awhile and then the call ended. I called back. They let me know that a refund request has been submitted and that I should see my money in my Paypal account in 2 days. We'll see.

Horrible customer service .. please ladies save your money and time.. Order from better online stores like [redacted] or [redacted] ... As a huge online shopper and blogger I can say very unprofessional company.

I ordered a dress on 4/11. On 4/18 I became concerned because I had not yet recieved a shipping confirmation. On 4/21 someone responded to my online inquiry and apologized for my inconvenience and assured me that my order was to be shipped out on 4/25. Today, 4/28 I call to confirm, because I stil have yet to recieve a shipping confirmation and the young lady who answered the phone put me on hold for several minutes and then hung up on me. We are now entering week 3, with two failed customer service experiences and still no dress......

I ordered 3 dresses with expedited shipping for an event last weekend. 1 dress arrived with a hole in it, the other 2 dresses are still MIA. When I informed customer service of the damaged dress, my option was to ship it back -at my cost- for store credit. If you prefer a refund, they plan on charging you a restocking fee. Please avoid this shady company. The dresses are so low quality and customer service is of no help.

I had ordered a dress, and this dress looked nothing like the photo shown. I had returned the dress immediately, now that I had returnedit, I had to contact them several times in regards of my refund, which has been over 2 weeks now, yet still no refund, so therefore I will have to go to my bank and submit this as fraud. It's so inconvenient. It's ridiculous. I recommend to not purchase from this site!

I ordered a product online. Their shipping option did not hold up to their standards for wantmylook inc so the item got lost. I contacted want my look and the manager over customer service had a new dress shipped and received it in a timely manner. Very nice and genuine and sometimes there are things companies can't control like the service partners they use. Very satisfied two thumbs up and will ship with them again.

*UPDATE*
I wasn't able to find my previous review (a complaint). A small recap: I ordered my shoes on the 2nd of November and on the 12th, I realized that my item still had not shipped so I requested my refund which I did not receive until the last week of November. Well, the shoes arrived in the mail yesterday. I'm glad they decided to send the shoes anyway - that as the best customer service I received from them. Now the quality of the shoes are a bit more than average. They look nice but feel a little cheap. Nevertheless, I'm going to wear them. I had a really bad experience with them initially but since they sent the shoes and refunded my money, I'm feeling less agitated.

Absolutely horrendous customer service. I purchased two items through WantMyLook.com and received a notification hours later that my items were shipped. It has been 7 days and my items were still not shipped. When I tracked my items, it was still at pre-shipment, it said USPS was still awaiting the items from WANTMYLOOK. I contacted this company via email 3 individual times where they stated that they were overwhelmed with the number of orders. That is not my problem. I finally contacted the company asking them to cancel my order, since they have not even shipped my items, and to give me a refund. She stated she was unable to issue a refund. She then placed me on hold then hung up on me. I called back where I was sent to voicemail. I then called again and she states that they were overwhelmed with the orders and that she could not cancel. She even had an attitude! I had to contact my credit card company to get my money back. It is not the customers problem that you received a large amount of orders during Holiday season, that is expected! This company is a sham, a scam, and don't allow the large following on Instagram fool you. You would think they would be smart enough and business savvy enough(with a large Instagram following mind you) to have ethics and moral within there company with exceptional customer service. But it was the complete opposite. An absolutely atrocious company. Save your money and go somewhere else, do not put your hard earned cash towards this horrible company unless you want to be frustrated and irritated.
