I ordered a product onlineTheir shipping option did not hold up to their standards for wantmylook inc so the item got lostI contacted want my look and the manager over customer service had a new dress shipped and received it in a timely mannerVery nice and genuine and sometimes there are things companies can't control like the service partners they useVery satisfied two thumbs up and will ship with them again

Although the company has cute style I must say they lack professionalism and communication as well as on time deliveryI received a box of shoes with cigarettes in themOn top of that I ordered a dress that I still have not receivedIt has been weeks now and when I reached out to see what the issue was, someone emailed me back saying "There is an issue of some sort" then stopped replyingI have called at multiple times through out the day and every single time I get the answering machine saying I am calling outside of business hoursI have opened up a ticket about the dress I purchased a while ago and no one replied back then saw that the ticket was deletedIt says on their website if you order within hours you will receive the item by "this time" and that is never the caseThe company is not poorly ran and not there to please their customersIt is a nightmare working with them

Horrible customer service please ladies save your money and time Order from better online stores like [redacted] or [redacted] As a huge online shopper and blogger I can say very unprofessional company

*UPDATE [redacted] I wasn't able to find my previous review (a complaint)A small recap: I ordered my shoes on the 2nd of November and on the 12th, I realized that my item still had not shipped so I requested my refund which I did not receive until the last week of NovemberWell, the shoes arrived in the mail yesterdayI'm glad they decided to send the shoes anyway - that as the best customer service I received from themNow the quality of the shoes are a bit more than averageThey look nice but feel a little cheapNevertheless, I'm going to wear themI had a really bad experience with them initially but since they sent the shoes and refunded my money, I'm feeling less agitated

I had ordered a dress, and this dress looked nothing like the photo shownI had returned the dress immediately, now that I had returnedit, I had to contact them several times in regards of my refund, which has been over weeks now, yet still no refund, so therefore I will have to go to my bank and submit this as fraudIt's so inconvenientIt's ridiculousI recommend to not purchase from this site!

I ordered boots on NovI received an email the same day anything that they've shippedI looked up the tracking number and it said postage created - that's the first strike against them, as that is rather misleadingI kept checking the tracking number for a few days but the location never changedBy the 12th, I called them and asked for my boots to be shipped or for my money backApparently, the boots were over ordered and they were under-stock - that's the second strike against themThe website should have been updated to let potential buyers know what is out of stockAnyway, she said they're receiving a new shipment of boots so I waited a few more daysI called on the 18th, a Friday, to request a refund (I paid using Paypal)Today is the 22nd and nothing had been refundedI gave them a call - yet again and I was placed on hold for awhile and then the call endedI called backThey let me know that a refund request has been submitted and that I should see my money in my Paypal account in daysWe'll see

I ordered dresses with expedited shipping for an event last weekenddress arrived with a hole in it, the other dresses are still MIAWhen I informed customer service of the damaged dress, my option was to ship it back -at my cost- for store creditIf you prefer a refund, they plan on charging you a restocking feePlease avoid this shady companyThe dresses are so low quality and customer service is of no help

Absolutely horrendous customer serviceI purchased two items through WantMyLook.com and received a notification hours later that my items were shippedIt has been days and my items were still not shippedWhen I tracked my items, it was still at pre-shipment, it said USPS was still awaiting the items from WANTMYLOOKI contacted this company via email individual times where they stated that they were overwhelmed with the number of ordersThat is not my problemI finally contacted the company asking them to cancel my order, since they have not even shipped my items, and to give me a refundShe stated she was unable to issue a refundShe then placed me on hold then hung up on meI called back where I was sent to voicemailI then called again and she states that they were overwhelmed with the orders and that she could not cancelShe even had an attitude! I had to contact my credit card company to get my money backIt is not the customers problem that you received a large amount of orders during Holiday season, that is expected! This company is a sham, a scam, and don't allow the large following on Instagram fool youYou would think they would be smart enough and business savvy enough(with a large Instagram following mind you) to have ethics and moral within there company with exceptional customer serviceBut it was the complete oppositeAn absolutely atrocious companySave your money and go somewhere else, do not put your hard earned cash towards this horrible company unless you want to be frustrated and irritated

I ordered two outfitsTurns out, they were out of stock on one of the outfits after I made my purchaseInstead of letting me know it was no longer available and refunding me my money, they just sent the other outfit and made no mention of the missing oneI contacted them, they told me it was out of stockWouldn't it make sense toi don't knowLET YOUR CUSTOMER KNOW THIS WITHOUT MAKING THEM REACH OUT TO YOU?! AnywayThey asked if I would like a store credit or a refund, so I was like ok cool I'll take the refund pleaseTwo weeks go byNO REFUNDNO RESPONSEI contact them again with a new claim, immediately get a response offering a refundI say okay greatAGAINno refundno responseI just had to contact them A THIRD TIME TODAYStill have heard nothingOhbut they keep closing my claims in the customer service portal!! Even though they haven't fixed anything!! Horrible customer service
