The customer's vehicle in question was involved in an accident that hit a pedestrian, her soft baby back pack was located in the front seat which is not a car seat it is a baby backpackThe pedestrian went thru the window therefore glass and debris went flying thru the vehicle and apparently on the
backpack. The customer stated we put glass in the back pack, which we would never do. We were called by the California Highway Patrol to tow this vehicle to our yardI am sorry the customer is upset but we did not cause the accident we were doing what we were told by the CHP to tow this vehicle.
