We have tried to contact the customer multiple times to schedule an appointment to get the replacement part installed - to no availWe have had the part in-stock days before the Revdex.com complaint was sentI'm not really sure what to say here?

We have addressed every concern brought to us by the customer, including their trade and vehicle registration The customer travehicle was not sold on our lot as was explained during the sales process It was taken to SEMAA auto auction and sold on 5/17/ The vehicle had a
MN title flagged for an odometer rollback which the customer provided to us and signed over at the time of their new vehicle purchase The reason it was displayed on our dealership website is due to our automated upload process All "trade-in" vehicles will automatically post to our website once the purchase is finalized There is no designation in our system to filter potential wholesale, auction vehicles during this process Once the vehicles are sold at auction, or taken to the recycling center, that sale is finalized and the vehicle will be removed from our site by the system.The customer indicated there was no spare tire in the vehicle they purchased We did acquire a replacement for them and shipped it directly to their home The customer also indicated a delay in receiving registration for their purchase Once we were able to finalize all of the necessary paperwork to get their registration, we sent it to them as an Overnight Delivery to their home to make sure they received it as soon as possible.We will review our internal company policy regarding vehicle registration processes as it applies to cash purchases and hope to be able to avoid delays in the future The integrity of our business is vital to our success, and we strive to ensure all customers are completely satisfied with their experience at our dealership I have personally tried to call this customer five times to address their concerns I had even given them the option to return the vehicle Please contact me with any additional information you may need regarding this complaint.Kiefer D***Used Car ManagerTom Kadlec Honda###-###-#### Office

I am rejecting this response because:
The "trade-in" was at first listed at a much higher sale price of $6,500, then lowered to $2, That is fine, if they can make money on our trathat is great What we do not appreciate is being deceived Yes, you did offer for us to take the truck back, but by then too many wheels were in motion, but in hindsight we should have A replacement spare tire was sent, after my having to inquire about the tire more than once. Mr*** did place times about the whole issue with the car, but as I had indicated, what we were told on the Wednesday we agreed to purchase the new truck and trade in the old truck was different that what is being said now Thus, I did want to communicate in writing only.The issue still remains, and is now being glossed over, is that I was also lied to about the reason for the delay in the license plates I also have an email to the effect that because we wrote a check, there was a week delay in submitting the license request as they wait up to days for the funds to clear, the funds were verified on the 5th, and taken out of our account on the 8th, there should not have been more days to process As I stated I received two different explanations for the delay in the license plates, and that is not acceptable either The ONLY reason the license plates were sent overnight is because of my phone calls to find out where they were, as the temporary tags expired Being told that they would take care of any citations is not ok, especially when John drives professionally for a living.We would NEVER purchase another vehicle from this dealer, and the response is not acceptable They are trying to put this back on us, and our only issue is dealing with Tom Kadlec Honda, period They are still denying any wrongdoing, and we reject their response as half-truths and glossing over their wrongdoing. *** * *** *** ***

by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me.However, Tom Kadlec seems to think that I filed a complaint just for something to do. The fact is that I did not receive any information from them that they were going to take care of this repair and that the part was in until I filed the complaint with the Revdex.com. Clearly, if I had received that information from Tom Kadlec earlier, I could have finished the repair and not needed to file the complaint.

The customer provided the dealership a payoff amount for the Acura RDX. This is common practice as we are not privy to the customer's status with their current lender.
The customer signed a conditional delivery agreement which states that the...

payoff amount is an estimated amount. If the payoff figure is underestimated, YOU agree to may the difference in cash. If overestimated, I agree to credit the difference to you.

We have attached a copy of the Conditional Delivery Agreement that the customer signed. In this instance the payoff that was provided by the customer did not satisfy the balance on the loan of the trade-in. Per the agreement, the customer would owe the balance to the dealership.

As a gesture of goodwill, the dealership has already agreed pay the $385.10 (Check copy attached).
