Cannot get this company to finish the work as per our contract. It started nov. 2018 and here we are at the end of May with no structure or gravel. Excavation is fine except it has never been smoothed out for gravel. I have called and emailed with occasional responses which he told me at last he would send back my deposit. I have not received anything yet and it has been a month.
The excavation was started with no locates which ended with my shop power line being ripped out and a broken water line. He fixed the water line but I had to repair the power line. I found out later the employee he brought to my property was not covered under his CCB. Thats a liability for me!
He started strong and slowly stopped showing up or answering any communications from me. He still owes me the deposit money.
