So I was getting credit services from this lady so I said why not allow her to do my taxes because I was at the time trying to support black owned businesses not anymore though not only was I charged two amounts that I know nothing about after having to wait two months to get my income taxes it was after the fact when I filed my taxes was it that I was informed about a third party and fees after fees after fees I believe my refund was a little over 4,000 dollars I see where I was charged a total of 2,138 dollars in fees I was not informed at all about any fees nor was I informed about a third party I don't feel like none of this was right at all this lady literally was doing credit then jumped over to taxes and are getting over on people seriously
Refund I want a breakdown of my fees I have yet to be able to talk with this third party company at this point I'm starting to think this lady really took my money and if I have to go to court I will
This is not a customer of ours and this is false accusations from someone who has a personal problem. We were a credit business back in XXXX-XXXX and has serviced her during that time period in reference to credit. False accusations about her tax services as she tried to receive more than one check from the company that was recommended to her. She tried to commit fraud and was upset the check did not cash with the other company she used. Unfortunately we were contacted by a family member about this person above who did not know how to calculate a fee someone else charged her and no where near $2,000 and submitted false accusations about this company. An attorney since have been contacted about this false accusations and defamation.
