On May 1, 2012 I paid by check for a new heating and cooling unit to be installed by [redacted] Bros. They did not finish the work that day. I was told by Mr. [redacted] (the owner) he would be back to finish the job on May 7th. The check for payment was cashed by [redacted] Bros. on May 3rd. On May 7th he returned to complete the installation. After working in my attic for a short time he said he was unable to finish the job for lack of parts. He said he would return by the end of the week to finish the job. A week went by without any word from Mr. [redacted]. My husband called to follow up with Mr. [redacted] on when the work would be completed. Again, he promised to return within a week to finish the work. Another week went by and I left messages on his personal and business phones. He did not return my calls. The last call I made to Mr. [redacted] was June 5th. I spoke to him and asked for him to come and finish the job we paid for. He gave excuses for why he had not completed the work. He stated he would return in a week to finish the installation. That is the last we have heard from him. No work has been done since May 7th. Our installation is still incomplete.
