January 15, 2015Dear [redacted] :I take offense to your email dated 1/13/@ 6:31am, business hours are from 9:00am to 5:00pm Monday thru FridayI never received an email till today 1/15/[redacted] has never given us proof that her check has cleared the bankShe never sent us a clear canceled check or bank statement [redacted] Enclosed you will find a copy of the notices that her check was deposited but bounced for nonsufficient funds on both occasionsCapitol- Tec does not deny that our firm has tried to contact [redacted] on several occasions to help rectify the situation and to supply better service [redacted] is trying to make an effort through the Revdex.com of not paying the balance of her service agreement with our firm in the amount of $518.40.If perhaps our bank made an error please supply Capitol-Tec documentation that supports her argument that she sent us a clear copy of her canceled check and bank statement from her credit union to Capitol-Tec Pest Control Co.As of this date her check has never cleared with our bank PNCI will be surprised if [redacted] will be able to supply a copy of her canceled check and bank statement that she erroneously says she sent to Capitol-TecAny contact with Capitol-Tec should be made by telephone at ###-###-#### as obviously we aren’t receiving mail or email from the Revdex.comWe are not going to release [redacted] from the terms of her service agreement.Sincerely,Patty G.Office Manager

I am rejecting this response because I have submitted official bank documentation providing proof payment was submitted and cleared my accountTo date the business has not yet acknowledged the evidence or apologized for their improper conductThis business has erroneously accused me of writing bad checks and has made threats against meFurther, they have not conducting themselves in accordance with federal Fair Debt Collection Practices Act, even though there isn't a debt to be collected
I refuse to continue doing business with a business who conducts themselves in an ill manner and I believe based on their conduct a court will find any contract with them will be null and void.

My bank has also provided a letter stating the funds have clearedThis company is infamously know for their aggressive unprofessional practicesI refuse to continue to do business with a company who has no moral values and treats their customers inappropriatelyI will be providing a copy of my bank statement, clear check and letter from the bank for your records
