Complaint: ***
I am rejecting this response because:Just as the Business 'Ward North America' has said 'Ward is an agent acting under NAVL authority', the party I contacted during my moving and after my bags were lostWard North America is the one showed on my *** relocation manual to contact for relocationWard North America has the responsibility not only facilitating my moving but also answering my missing bag concernYour business should be the party to contact NAVL regarding my missing bags issueYou are an inseparable part of NAVL in this deal. Furthermore, be clear, my bags were STOLEN by somebody ON PURPOSE during my household good interstate movingMy *** peers and I think it is very interesting to ask why only the EXPENSIVE bags were lost and how could the people know exactly where the bags wereAfterall, it is Ward North America or NAVL contracting to *** to move meTo save the Ward North America or NAVL reputation, I gave you two businesses enough time to make things rightThe action two businesses took DISAPPOINTED me for CONNIVING their employee by DOING NOTHING and IGNORING my request by NOT RESPONDING. I wondered what the position Ward North America and NAVL take to REMEDY the situationI keep my privilege to let more movers( not only *** people) know my experience regarding how Ward North America or NAVL treat their customer
