on this job for an estimated 12-hrs himself Customer had someone else run gas pipe outside before we came We evere to find gas leak and repair it Tennet was upset that floor might get messed and sent our technician to get plastic to run from door to attic Mike repsired leak on gas meter stand and called *** Gas Company to turn gas service back on, upon arrival the gas company said there was another leak somewhere and said that the gas pipe had to be changed to hard pipe, but our technician talked the gas company techinto leaving the old pipe and just make repairs to the old line to save time and cost to the customer to not change pipe to the attic for the mean time, the customer wanted to get the job done ASAP and stated that the tennet had been without gas service for over a week before we started our work The wather was getting colder and customer wanted job done in a hurry We then sent additional technicians to find the gas leak at that time we found that the second problem was the gas valve We then had to make calls to suppliers to find gas valve availability After we found it at a supplier we had to go to pick it up and install it We spent several hours trying to pump up line to find the leaks, this is where a good bit of labor time incurred

[redacted]As Mr. Ward stated in his response, he said he would charge $60 per hour or $3000." And I chose the $60 per hour. He did not say $60 per person per hour. The work that was done before Mr. Ward came had already been approved by the gas company, so that had nothing to do with this. Like I said I don't dispute the work they did, it is the hours he is charging me for. At times he is charging me $120.00 per hour and on March 8, 2017 the 3 hours they were there he is charging me $180.00 per hour. They were there only there on site for 14 hours and he is charging me for 26. If he was charging me for each person that was there I should have been told
