Revdex.com,Thank you for bringing this issue to our attention We have spoken to Mrs*** several time and explained that the membership she purchased is a lifetime membership that as a benefit to our members can be transferred or gifted It includes a yearly option to keep the account

On 9/29/we reached out to our members, *** and *** *** and went over the nature of the call that they had received and the upgraded level of membership that was offered to them at the time There seemed to be a miscommunication between our agent who reached out to them and the

I personally spoke with both *** and *** and explained to them that many of our member expressed interest in having a more robust website with 24/booking capability This upgraded website does have many, many, more vacation weeks online than the current model, however that does not mean that the ***’s do not have access to this inventory or these member only prices I explained that they simply needed to call our office during business hours and work with a condo specialist or travel agent and we can get them booked and confirmed at the same great resorts for members’ only pricing. Both *** and *** better understood our intentions and appreciated that I called They also stated that since they wrote the letter to the Revdex.com they have been able to travel with us on one of our Hot Week Specials to the Cabins at Green Mountain in Branson Mo for only $in a two bedroom unit for nights and days They loved the accommodations and had a great vacation for an amazing rate They expressed interest in returning to Branson Mo, again and we look forward to making it happen for them.I am very confident that when you contact the ***’s they will confirm that they are satisfied with the outcome Thank you again for bringing this to our attention We do hope that this will resolve this matter and this complaint be removed from Travel To Go.If you have any further questions or need anything more please feel free to let me know, I am happy to get you whatever you need to close this matterMy contact information is at the close of this letter.Thank you for your time and consideration in this matter.Warm Regards,*** * *** Reservations and Service Manager
