Wards Air Conditioning

I have used them several times but this week was horrible. They sent an elderly technician who did not clean the coils inside even though I reguested that service 24 hours in advance. My unit froze up again within 24 hours and wards cannot come out for 3 more days. What a horrible way to treat someone who has used your services 4 times . I have special needs son who is moaning and restless because the heat is awful but they don't care. We have spent 4 days in this miserable 90 + heat. I will never recommend this company or use them again. It's hard to trust companies anymore......

Had a tech out to do a repair on one of our office units guy wired a new fuse as he said the factory barle fuse was very expensive I am fine with saving money but you don't take two cheap noninsulated blade connectors and tape them together with a fuse stuck in them the fuse was doing nothing when o asked the tech about this he said well that's how we do things. When I asked if it was a fire hasard he said no I asked what does the fuse do he said it is to stop a short from taking out my compressor and regulators. Oh so you wired my unit to self destruct not a very good company to work with never again will I used them
