Review: After seeing the ad in the newspaper for Wards Painting Service I called Mr. Ward in May 2015. On May 25th he sent his employee to my cabin in Fleetwood to give me an estimate. On May 25th I wrote a check for $610 which was 50% deposit for pressure washing and caulk repair.I called several times through June and July to see when the workers would show up and was assured they would be there soon. I called Mr. Ward on July 24th to ask for a refund of my deposit. I mailed him a copy of my check and a copy of my invoice.On Friday July 31st I once again called Mr. Ward to see if he had mailed my refund and he told me his employee had run off with my deposit and that he did not have the money to give me.Desired Settlement: I would like a refund of my $610 deposit.
