Unfortunately, she did not  say in our conversation that she was not satisfied with my explanation. She is disputiing a $20.00 co-pay. Deductibles and co-pays have become a burden for the consumer. However, this is the income that pays the practitioner for the examination. These fee schedules aredetermined by the insurance companies.Thank you for the opportunity to try to explain the situation.
