I called Crestline’s insurance company on your behalf to
assist you with finding out who you need to speak to with regards to filing a
claim with Crestline for the mishandling of the product installation in both
your Santa Monica and Malibu homes.  The representative from Crestline’s
insurance carrier just called me, and I gave
her your information.  She should have called you yesterday or will call
you by today.
 
You also requested our insurance information and attorney’s
name.  As I communicated to you yesterday, Crestline and Warehouse
Discount Center are two separate
entities.  Crestline is one of several installation companies available to
our customers for product installation.  All of the installation companies
we recommend work on their own and  are required to carry their own
insurance.  Any issues that arise from product installation is handled
directly with them and their insurance carrier. 
 
Crestline is licensed, bonded, and insured.  (I also
gave you his contractors LIC information yesterday.)  While we have
several installation companies to recommend, Crestline was the only available
company on the date that you absolutely needed the product installed. 
There were no other installation company available at the time. 
 
The damage you are claiming for both your Malibu and Santa
Monica homes was a result of the mishandling of your product
installation.  You will need to discuss this claim with Crestline and
their insurance carrier.

I am rejecting this response because:Attached please find the proof I sent WDC before and I am sending again. I did provided written proof of the contract with WDC multiple times, It states that monies were exchange,
that they would be installing the dishwasher. It clearly states on the page, “
INSTALL ASAP CALL WHEN IN. COD $50 DEAL PER PETEB INSTALL AND PARTS.”
Therefore WDC is lying
again.
I have provided plenty of proof for WDC and I will be providing it to the
courts in Los Angeles if they don't take responsibility for their damages to my
kitchen. There were no issues or problems with my kitchen before the installer
installed the dishwasher. I have witnesses and proof of this. 
 
The WDC company has
several complains online where they have done similar things to other
customers. My family is one of many families they have done this to but I will
not just let them get away with this illegal activity. This is their last
chance. If they refuse to make this right then I will be taking legal action
against their company this week.

Review: Misleading product advice and poor customer service specifically relating to returns. I purchased a part for a new kitchen range based on the advice provided to me by a customer service representative. I order the part as recommended. When the part arrived it was incorrect and did not fit my range. The return process provided to me offered a $17.40 refund after prescribed return and restocking charges on a purchase of $130.00. What is more unsettling is the condescending attitude of the employees who in the end accused me of misrepresenting the transaction. I would never do business with the organization again, and would encourage anyone to avoid purchases from the Warehouse Discount Center.Desired Settlement: I am seeking a reasonable resolution. I am willing to pay for the return shipping from a vendor of my choice. If I pay for the return shipping providing them with the product in as new and able to be resold, I would like the a full refund. This is the fair and ethical response. The offer of $17.40 is immoral.

Review: I ordered 2 parts from this company off the website. I received the parts which looked nothing like what was advertised, I contacted the customer service via email and in return she sent an email that stated that I can't rely on the image to describe the item accurately, and sent me a copy of the return policy. I then contacted the customer service via phone and was told that the item was custom order and that it couldn't be returned. I stated that no where in the check out process or on the order page did it specify that the item was custom only that the items may take 3-5 weeks for delivery. I uploaded a picture of what was received (black) and what's on the website is substantially lighter and more bronze in color. It's completely misleading and the fact that the customer service department is anything but helpful is a true injustice for someone who is 3000 miles from the store.Desired Settlement: A complete refund of my $162.25

Review: The sales person misrepresented the project that he sold me. I purchased a Broan RMDD3604EX 36" downdraft plus 332H external blower for 878.97 + 425.98 but the salesman Mr [redacted] did not properly explain what I was purchasing. The product does not fit in my kitchen and will require several thousand dollars of modifications. What I really need is a 36 inch downdraft with an internal blower. I have requested to exchange the product for a product that will work in my kitchen such as an equivalent kitchenaid model with 600 CFM minimum internal blower but the salesman says I need a managers approval and gave me the name [redacted]. I have tried to call [redacted] several times and have been blown off and he has not returned my call. This is not a good way to do business. As things stand now it will be cheaper for me to sell the product and on ebay and take my repeat business elsewhere, such as best buy, rather than WDC. Every time I call [redacted] has the day off. First I am told that he doesn't work on Tuesdays, then I am told that he doesn't work on Wednesdays. When I leave a message he does not call back.Desired Settlement: (1) WDC will accept product return without any restocking fee.(2) WDC will refund the $75 fee it charged for the installer to come to my house and tell me that they sold me the wrong product.If WDC agrees to (1) and (2) then I will agree to purchase a 36" downdraft 600 CFM of approximately comparable cost from WDC at a competitive price (e.g., $1034 Newegg to $1149 Best Buy and Sears plus tax)

Review: I purchased two products from the Warehouse Discount center on August 9 2013.One is Jet PRO shower panel, the other is TOTO toilet bowel washlet.(SAP #291985) When I ordered these two items the sale woman told me that the washlet can not be returned becasue it is a special order ( The copmany does not carry this product in stock. I asked how about if it does not fit into my toilet bowel, she replied that I can talk with the manager under this situation. She NEVER mentioned to me that JET PRO can not be returned if it does not fit into my shower room. The Warehouse Discount Center indeed has this identical product in stock but black color ( my order is silver color). She did NOT mention any single word that the shower panel can not be returned because that both two locations ( Agoura Hill and Moorpark) have the identiacl model in stock. It is not a special order. She told me that they have a floor model on show room (black color). If I buy this floor model , she will give me discount, but I can not return this black floor model after I buy it.After I received the silver product of Jet Pro shower panel, I found it has defect in the water tubing line and can not be fitted into my shower room. My plumber who tried to install it told me that the tubing can be broken any time. I requested that I want to return the product because I do not have any faith on this prodcut. The manager of the Warehouse Discount Cenetr, Evin Leach, refused to refund me and insisted it is a special order. However, when I ordered it, the sale woman never mentioned to me it is a special order and can not be returned. I would like to request that Revdex.com help me to solve the problem. It is a prodcut worth $ 495. It has defect and can not be fitted into my shower room. I can not pay $495 for a useless prodcut. The product has never been installed. It is still brand new. Review: On May 21, 2013 I place an order for a Washing Machine (WT6001HVA) and a Dryer (DLGX6002V). The ship date for my order was June 3, after checking the website for shipping updates and noting that the order did not ship I called them and was told they were still waiting for the product to arrive from the manufacture and did not have a date when they would, but asked me to please be patient. I call a week later and was told the same thing and then another week later to hear the same thing. Finally on June 21, 2013 the order was cancelled by them saying the only way they could get the Washing Machine was if they ordered a whole truck load of them. They told me they had already refunded my money and it would take no longer than 3 days to show up in my bank account/credit card. On July 1, 2013 I called them because I still have not received my money back only to be told that there was no one there at that time that could look into this matter in-order to determine WHY I had not received my money and someone would call me tomorrow. [redacted] The KICKER [redacted] Throughout this whole time and even to this day they are still selling the Washing Machine and Dryer on there website with even lower prices then I paid when I placed my order over a month ago. How can the price change if you are unable/willing to get a product. This proves that INTENT to deceive in-order to get there hands on your money and then after you can go fly a kit in a thunderstorm. If you value your money, make sure your purchase are with people and companies that value your business and YOU... Review: On December 2012 purchased $16,000.00 worth of items from Warehouse Discount Center for our new built home. Fail to assign an installer to come at a promised date. Ruined holiday and new home party. Never got a call back. Finally called they forgot to arrange a installer when they did hired someone that was not licensed. This person was unprofessional also damaged wall, cabinets, and tiles for our new kitchen. Heavy duty fridge was not properly installed so could've had the fridge fall and cause major damage and injuries. Up to this point still didn't have no proper customer service and follow up. Finally a new person came to reinstall everything after numerous calls and complaints. Order was finally finalized in end of February not to mention this order was purchased on December 5, 2012. Got a estimate of scratches and damaged of the kitchen forwarded and yet to hear from anyone unless I called. Its now June 2013 after getting the run around finally spoke with someone that was suppose to be VP said he will call me back never did. Up to few days when I called him AGAIN he said there was nothing he can do for us.Desired Settlement: I would like the estimate less than $3000.00 that we sent over to get the damages for our kitchen to be paid. It is the least they can do. Up to this point no apologizes and the run around from every single person that was involved in this accident from December to June is unacceptable.

Review: We purchased a floor model dacor stove on 7/13/14 . The stove was delivered with 2 bent legs. This problem took about 3-4 weeks to resolve. The repair made was to bend the legs back. I don't think that was a proper correction. On about January 23 the oven would not turn on, Sharon made a call to dacor for warranty work and was told the stove was over 5 years old and they won't honor the warranty. Sometime early February I called our sales person Peter Samaha and he had me call the warranty dept. in moorpark. I made the call and discovered there is not such a thing and was directed to call his supervisor arlo. I did that and arlo told me a sales rep. from dacor would call that evening. Later after not receiving the call I called back and the person answering said arlo was not there but he was familiar with our problem and did get the sales rep. David Vasquez To call. still after several days we are still waiting for somebody to make an appointment to repair the stove.Desired Settlement: We want our stove repaired and a 2 year warranty that we purchased. The starting date of the warranty should be dated the day we can get use of it.

VUARI41SS SERIAL TE[redacted] Viking sold about one million of 1 million of theserefrigerators and left the business. This refrigerator stopped working And the cost to repair it is $2500 + installation.GE SERVICE 325-46257952. DFBB363L SERIAL 111605H[redacted]4This refrigerator was not a quality refrigerator. I was given a leftover one that Warehouse Discount knew had problems. They forced me to sign for this unit by assuring me that the repairs of this refrigerator would be covered by the extended warranty. I had waited for months for my frig and having a mother with heart disease I could not wait another 6 months to get my frig. This refrigerator was not installed properly causing major damage. The repairmen sent by the warranty company further damaged this unit but Mr. Alex Taylor said it would not be working long as it has major damage. GE SERVICE ###-###-#### 3. DFRD364R SERIAL 060606G[redacted]1This refrigerator was not a quality refrigerator. I was given a leftover one that Warehouse Discount knew had problems. They forced me to sign for this unit by assuring me that the repairs of this refrigerator would be covered by the extended warranty. I had waited for months for my frig and having a mother with heart disease I could not wait another 6 months to get my frig. This refrigerator was not installed properly causing major damage. The repairmen sent by Service Contract Sureway, the warranty company further damaged this unit that it is no longer working.GE SERVICE CONTRACT 325-4625793The cost to cure: $19,000I need to replace the two refrigerators, the small refrigerator. The refrigerators have to come out, the custom wood paneling has to come off and new custom wood paneling installed.A new service contract has to be purchased with a reputable company to ensure these will last a long time.In closing, I spent approximately $19,000 for the purchase, installation, wood paneling and service contract. Purchasing these units was a horrific experience with Warehouse Discount because they never delivered and I could not provide the proper food that my mother needed to ease her heart condition because Warehouse Discount was NEVER responsible in getting me these units. This was compounded by the inexcusable actions of Viking to produce faulty units and the inability of my service contract to send qualified technicians. Ms. [redacted] purchased Viking appliances in June 2006. These appliances were all factory sealed and

new, included a 1 year manufacturer warranty, and a 5 year extended warranty

plan providing a total of 6 years protection.

Although we sympathize with Ms. [redacted] for the unfortunate issues

she is currently having, WDC cannot accept responsibility for merchandise that

is out of warranty.

Ms. [redacted] used contractors not affiliated with Warehouse Discount

Center to install the refrigerators releasing WDC from all liability associated

with any issues arising from improper or faulty installation.

Review: I purchased a GE refrigerator from Warehouse Discount Center in Burbank Ca on 05/12/2015 .

the salesman D[redacted] told me that they warranted the appliance for 1 year from the date of purchase and an additional extended warranty could be purchased , witch I declined. within the first 5 months of owning the product they have had GE repair out to my house 4 times for repairs. First a broken door, 2nd the unit stopped working (all power went out) so they replaced a fan to fix it,

3rd time they came out was to replace a water valve when it quit dispensing water in the door .

the 4th time the ice make quite working . now the ice maker has stopped working again .

at this point I want to return the unit to them and get a different model as this model obviously is a lemon. The manager "E[redacted]" has refused to do this and has referred me back to GE again.Desired Settlement: exchange for a different model.

With all due respect, the refrigerator that Ms. S[redacted] purchased is 8 months old now and WDC does not have the authority to authorize an exchange. GE, the manufacturer, sets the policy for exchanges or refunds for defective merchandise, not the retailer. Ms. S[redacted] is correct regarding the one year warranty; however, it's GE who offers this--not WDC. Ms. S[redacted] will need to contact GE and set up a service call to correct/repair any malfunction she is currently experiencing with her refrigerator.

If GE determines her unit is a lemon, they will replace it for her. It's unfortunate that our company is not authorize to exchange Ms. S[redacted] unit for a new one. Again, this is GE's policy not Ours. GE will need to authorize the exchange.

Review: I purchased a fridge from WDC which was missing parts. After, 6 months I continue to wait. Some of the reasons I've been provided are:1. Your part arrived but it was damaged2. Review: My husband and I purchased Viking appliances at Warehouse Discount Center when we remodeled our kitchen. In 2009, we purchased a refrigerator, 6-range stove/oven, accompanying hood, dish washer, microwave, and warming drawer. The purchases were approximately $24,000. In the last 2 years, we have had issues with our dishwasher, oven, and microwave. We have spent approximately $800 fixing the issues. Issue #1: oven was shutting down because it was over-heating; Issue #2: the solenoid in the dishwasher broke and needed to be replaced; Issue #3: microwave oven stopped working; the door switches needed to be replaced. We contacted [redacted] at Warehouse Discounters who said he was the supervisor, that the store was independently owned, but he did not know the last name of the owner. He said his first name was "[redacted]". Mr. [redacted] said he could not help us and suggested we contact Viking. We did contact Viking, and Viking says because we do not have a warranty they cannot assist us. Our issue are 1. that our appliances our fairly new and half of them have had issues since our purchase; 2. Neither company wants to take any responsibility.Desired Settlement: We would like a refund of our expenses to fix the items, in addition to an extended warranty (at least 5 years) if any further issues arise.

Review: I purchased two professional Viking refrigerators, one Viking wine cooler, one Miele dishwasher - very expensive - from this store and had the appliances delivered to two different addresses on the same day. Jennifer, the sales rep from Warehouse, said that their delivery team was unavailable to deliver these items and, instead, set up a delivery with a different company she said was very good and that Warehouse Discount Center uses. I trusted that they would know best.Long story short, the team that was sent was unprofessional. They did not protect the floors, used the wrong dolly wheels for this type of appliances and ended up damaging floors. I had a licensed professional out to assess the damage and gave WDC the estimate, per their request. I have repeatedly asked for the insurance information so that I could get my floors repaired. John Frietas, the store manager, guaranteed my floors would be repaired in writing. I have yet to get that information. The delivery was in October.Desired Settlement: I need insurance information from WDC and Crestline in order to have my wood floors refinished. I want them done by my wood floor professional. I know his work is high quality, as he was the original installer of the floor in the Malibu house 20 years ago. I will need the wood baseboards refinished as I was told they would not match once the floor is refinished. Also, a moving company to pack up and store my furniture, and then put it back once the work is done.

I also contacted the Contractor's insurance company to speed things up and have them contact Julie directly. The Contractor's insurance company called me today 2/11/2015 and requested Julie's information so they can call her today. Warehouse Discount Center has not given me their insurance/bond numbers, or the name of their attorney as I asked [redacted] to do when we spoke on the phone. She said she would get the info and call me back with it. That did not happen. WDC was told after the first delivery was a fiasco at 101 Ocean Ave A100, and on the same day, my floors were damaged at the Malibu property, that I never wanted Crestline in my home again. And without my knowledge, and certainly without my permission, John Frietas told me "his guys" were taking care of the second delivery attempt at 101 Ocean Ave. After the delivery, I was shockingly handed a bill and CRESTLINE'S NAME was on it!!! And they damaged the floor at 101, too! I did not pay that bill.
