I recently bought a car from Twin City MazdaI have been around the car business for 20yrsI recently sold a small car lot in South CarolinaWhen I moved back to Knoxville and needed a car, I called Twin City Mazda because I knew their reputation to be fair and honestI was pleasantly surprised at how knowledgeable they were and how well I was treated*** ***, the general manager, even took time to thank me for my purchaseThe finance department was fast and after I finally made a decision, got me out of there in no timeI ended up getting a great deal and if I ever buy another car in Knoxville, the guys at Twin City will be the only dealer I callI highly recommend calling Steve *** at Twin City if you are looking to buy a car

I complained to Head Office about the inconvenience, loss of use and devaluing of my car.
Infiniti did not respond. Clearly Infiniti does not care about customer service or doing what's best for loyal customers. It appears to me that Infiniti customer service is poor and anyone considering purchasing an Infiniti vehicle should take this into consideration.
