At this time, I have been contacted directly by Warehouse Distribution Center regarding complaint ID ***, however my complaint has NOT been resolved because:
I have not been contacted by them, but they did refund my credit card $which was $less than original purchase
price of product & shippingThey charged me for return shipping which as I said before I agreed to hoping to get at least part of my money backThese people are real lying *** and if you look into it enough I'm sure you will find that out for yourselfI would be glad to send you copies of their product with ingredients & %'s & the product you can buy from Tractor supply store (TSC) with ingredients & %'sTCS's product is actually stronger with exact same ingredientsI'm not sure they are even actually a company, I'm thinking they are nothing more than scammers that can't be tracked down

Review: Two years ago I ordered 15 gallon of paint to cover 3000sq in my hangar floor. They called me and told about a reward catalog, and I told them to send the catalog. They never sent the catalog, but sent me 15 gallon of paint I never ordered for a Price of $1530.46. I called and asked why they sent the paint and asked them let me send the paint back, said they would ask a [redacted] about a refund and call me back. Never called. They sent the Reward Catalog, when I finally go hold of a [redacted] ###-###-#### he said would not refund the order but would trade the paint I didn't need for any other product in the Product Catalog. there is nothing I can use in that Catalog. I have a location of the Warehouse Distribution Center [redacted]Desired Settlement: Return Paint for a refund

Review: Received a call from a lady several times over the last few years wanting to sell me weed killer. This ones name was Kimberly. She claimed it was a special kind that only her company sold & [redacted]. bought it by the barrel. But they were having a special for only $99.95 a gallon if I bought at least 2 gallons. She said it would not kill my clover or lespedeza was not toxic & could be sprayed while cattle or other animals were grazing on it. So I fell for it & told her I would give it a try. They charged my credit card $223.62 for it including shipping, which I Ok'ed over the phone. When I received the product it was Tri-lete 252 & has the exact same ingredients as Gordons Trimec which is $25.00 a gallon at Tractor Supply Company. Trimec will kill all broadleaf plants including clovers & lespedeza. The Tri-lete label even says it does. When I called them back to tell them I was not happy with it they still tried to claim it was different & wanted me to use it then if I was not satisfied they would give me a full refund. I knew better than to believe anything they had to say by then & never even opened it. I read them the ingredients & percentages 1 by 1 from tri-lete & Trimec labels. They offered to give me a refund minus shipping & I would have to to pay return shipping which would be $23.62 & they would arrange pickup from [redacted]. I agreed to that hoping to at least get part of my money back. I have since been reading on the internet about this company scamming people for several years. If I can get most of my money back I will be satisfied but think this company should be looked into & am willing to send any information I can to help put them out of business. They told me [redacted] would pickup within 72 hours so now waiting to see if that's a lie. Their phone # is ###-###-#### or ###-###-#### or ###-###-####Desired Settlement: I don,t think I should have to pay shipping for something that was misleading but will consider it a learning experience & never fall for another scam.

They charged me for return shipping which as I said before I agreed to hoping to get at least part of my money back. These people are real lying [redacted] and if you look into it enough I'm sure you will find that out for yourself. I would be glad to send you copies of their product with ingredients & %'s & the product you can buy from Tractor supply store (TSC) with ingredients & %'s. TCS's product is actually stronger with exact same ingredients. I'm not sure they are even actually a company, I'm thinking they are nothing more than scammers that can't be tracked down.

Review: I had purchased a gallon of paint several years ago during a promotion, than 6 months later purchased 2 more from, The Farm Supply, a company that has been out of business for at least 4 years. Warehouse Distribution Center recently contacted me stating I had signed a contract agreeing to purchase 7 more gallons. The representative stated that he had a signed document but was unwilling to produce it unless I purchased the paint. He was willing to reduce the purchase to 2 gallons of paint at the cost of $252.00 and my account would be closed. If I had actually purchased this much paint I think I would have contacted the original company 5 years ago wanting my product.Desired Settlement: I would appreciate it if this company would no longer harass me.
