I felt compelled to write a review and thank Vape World for the wonderful experience I had when I called inThis is the third time I've purchased products from Vape World and I will definitely order againThis order was shipped within hour and I got it two days later with free shippingThe customer service is amazingThey really care and answered all of my questionsI have to say they are my favorite online retailerI worked in customer service years ago and have never seen such professional, friendly, and helpful peopleThey really did a good job educating meI bought a product for my elderly mother and I told her if she had any questions on how to use it, she could call Vape WorldShe did call around 9pm at night and they picked up! My mom said it was quick, easy, and she felt like she would be an expert in no timeThank you for the service you provideThere are a lot of people like me who need your products and it is good to know there is a place I can buy that will be there when I need them

This company is a scamThey have been promising to send me a new vape due to my Firefly malfunctioning under warrantyThis has been before ThanksgivingWhen the PAX came out yesterday I got an email about it, so I called in and the girl on the phone told me they don't have any PAX I knew it was BS so I complained and spoke to another agent a few hours laterThis agent said they did have the Pax 3, took my credit card number over the phone for the remaining balance after my credit is applied, and told me Id be receiving a shipping number over the phone later in the dayI never got oneNext morning, I received an email from their supposed Accts Receivable dept saying they had the wrong expiration dateAgain, [redacted] [redacted] because I specifically remember the agent confirming the correct expiration date over the phone with me (he repeated it aloud to me)Something fishy is going on here with companyThey are trying to dodge sending me my promised merchandise

The customer service is amazing. They really care and answered all of my questions. I have to say they are my favorite online retailer. I worked in customer service years ago and have never seen such professional, friendly, and helpful people. They really did a good job educating me.
