I ordered notepads yesterday and received All of them hours laterI'm not kidding, hours laterI've never worked with a company that fastNotepads are perfect tooI'm taking them to Ethiopia for mission workVery impressed with this company today

Sent different product than advertised then gave me a hard time when inquiring about mistake on their website

I ordered an item on Nov11, for a Christmas gift I emailed them once to check the order status and was informed it was a special order item If I had know that in advance I would not have ordered As of today (11-30-2016) I cannot get them to answer a phone call nor an email They have my $and I have Nothing! The item I ordered is not even on their website anymore I would think long and hard before ordering anything from these people! Buyer Beware!

I placed an order for paint with Wares Direct on October They charged my credit card ofr $on October On November I inquired when the order was going to ship and was told it was a special order they could give no dateI therefore requested that the cancel the order and refund my money On November they e-mailed me to tell me that they could not fulfill the order and would refund my money On November and again on December I asked when I would receive the credit to my Visa The credit came through yesterday, December I note that the FTC requires a refund after thirty days and that most businesses do not charge the credit card until shipment, but in any case, waiting more than a month to refund customer money when you cannot fill an order is ridiculous I also note that http://www.waresdirect.com/ claims that they have an A+ rating from the Revdex.comSince it says here that the rating is actually A, the Web site is incorrectI also fail to understand how an organization with the level of problems shown here has even an A ratingMany e-Bay sellers with thousands of transactions have never had a complaint

Terrible customer service and communication! I own my own business and order a lot of products online to keep my business goingThis was by far one of the more disappointing online purchases I have made in a long time After placing my order I waited several days for a shipping notification from Wares Direct and never got oneI went to their order management section and wrote a request asking for an update on when my products would shipI got what seemed like an automated response which contained no answer to my question and thanked me for my patienceAfter waiting another day I requested to cancel the order (at that time the order status was still in process)This time I received no responseI checked for the next four days and the status then changed to shippedStill no response and also no shipping confirmationI again sent another request for communication and have yet to receive a reply (one week later)Their website states they will respond to messages within hours I debated on returning the items but their return policy is terrible as wellI will have to pay for return shipping, plus eat the original shipping, and would only receive a credit to be used on a future purchase from them Bottom line, terrible customer service and communicationI will not be doing business with them again!
